I went ahead and ordered, and sure enough they sent it out overnight right on time and i got it the next day. Joel assured me all products were new USA Canon product and they just price things better than the competition! The camera arrived on time and I am very pleased as everything was exactly as represented. Joel was not pushy with suggesting add-ons though I did by a UV filter for $25 and an extra battery for $20. Turns out those were all genuine Canon accessories too! Bonus! Imaging World will be my first stop when I am buying some L glass I have my eye on. I feel like I need to defend this seller as he is one of the very few sellers from Brooklyn that is actually legit (unlike 1wayphoto and cameraexpress). I bought a Canon 40D 17-85mm IS USM kit off his eBay auction for a great price. I also bought a 4 GB CF card and extra battery. The seller was nice enough to combine the 2 accessories with the Canon 40D and didn\u0027t charge me any extra shipping. My purchase was shipped out the very next day via USPS Priority International Mail to Canada. My package arrived in just 6 business days from date of purchase. I didn\u0027t think Priority Int\u0027l Mail was that fast!<br><br>Everything in the my order was new as described (at least everything looked new). The only problem was that I was sent a 4 GB SD card rather than a CF card that I ordered. I called the store up and Joel gladly agreed to return or refund the cost of the card and he even agreed to pay for the return shipping since it was his mistake. In the end I sold the SD card instead and bought a CF card locally as I couldn\u0027t wait.<br><br>Also, I should mention that Joel was polite and professional on the phone. "I've bought most of my Nikon gear from The Imaging World, as they're an authorized Nikon dealer. You only get the manufacturer's warranties through an authorized dealer, especially the free 4-yr extension on the lenses if you register them. They also offer factory extended warranties on the camera bodies, not aftermarket ones. There have been a couple of situations where the customer service was beyond the call, and I greatly appreciated it. The service has been first-rate every time. Highly recommended!"
