They must have called ID as he knew my name and my order, said everything was shipping shortly and would get tracking within the hour. It was so good that I included the 24-105mm L lens, and even bought another for my friend. Lots of pluses: free shipping, Canon Authorized dealer, cheapest price. Now I want a 70-200 2.8 IS and a 50mm 1.4 for low light, and they have pretty much earned my business... I then sent an email to The Imaging World (the customer service address listed on their website) requesting an explanation about the transaction, and I still have not heard from them at all! Their price on the item was much lower than anywhere else, so this just reinforces the old saying \u0022if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is\u0022. "I recently bought a Canon T3 as a present, and after receiving it, there was a question about whether or not it was what the recipient wanted. I contacted The Imaging World, and immediately received an email reply from Chaim Weinberger offering a quick replacement with no return or shipping charges. I am really impressed by the outstanding customer service, and plan on buying from The Imaging World again.
