"I haven't had a good experience with TheHookah.com yet.
My first order took a long time to ship, and the base was smaller than expected. After returning, I stil haven't been refunded (2 months ago).
My second order was processed. Then when I check the status online a couple days later, it says "Backordered." Only after I emailed in did they inform me that their system isn't processing AMEX at this time, and to use a different card. I canceled the order.
Their customer service is terrible. Their live help is never available. Their prices are slightly lower than others, and they give a 5% military and education discount.
Id stay away though.
