"Overall on par with most companies. I ordered two golf clubs from The Golf Club (teegolfclub). One a LW and one a SW to match up with my new set of rocketbladez. I ordered them with standard shipping two weeks before a trip I was taking. The LW arrived three-five days later and was in great packaging and was in great condition. However, no one bothered to let me know the sandwedge heads were on a "national backorder" which I only learned after calling them. I also learned it would not be shipped until my trip was beginning. The service I received was about what you would expect from a larger company, they are missing the extra customer service flare that sets you over the top. "
