I apologize that you were not happy with our service. There must be some kind of miscommunication or confusion as we would never and have never asked for a copy of a customer’s credit card statement. If you are ordering internationally we would have asked you for a brief statement from you authorizing the purchase with your signature. Also we would never block an order. "Ordered the Arkon GPS Case with the handlebar mount, I recieved the order in a resonable time. When I recieved the order the case was missing so I contacted customer service and they sent out the case the same day. However when I recieved the case the duel-T head adapter plate and the tightening ring was missing. Again I called customer service and they agreed to send the additional items out. If I had recieved the installation instructions with the illustrated part breakdown in the first shipment instead of the second order a third request would not have been required. It would also have cut down on the fustration factor as well."
