“Hello afladuca,
I am sorry that you feel that we misrepresented the free shipping. You most certainly got free shipping, there was a shipping charge on the order that you placed, then you used a promo/coupon code to get free shipping. So our system adds a discount coupon to the order in the same amount of the shipping charge, effectively making the shipping free. The unit you ordered was $154.95 and shipping was $5.95 making the total without the coupon $160.90, when you applied the coupon that adjusted your total to $154.95.
