For a long time and until today we have been asked about the Kidde 1275 and its replacement model, reason for our straight disclosure on the product. This disclosure has helped save time and money to both our clients and ourselves. I realize it did not work for you even though from the link below it is very clearly stated on the product page.http://www.theenergyconscious.com/fde2009.htmlIf you missed the clear highlight,you should not blame us and insinuate an ulterior motive. Finally as you said correctly you could have returned the products and we would have gladly taken them back. The fact that you did not is also not our responsibility. If you found the time to write this review it could have taken the same amount of time to return the products, if not less. We value every client and prospective one; however we also appreciate and encourage a direct approach to client issues that can be resolved easily to everyone's satisfaction. This situation appears to be a lose/lose.”
