It was Christmas Eve 2007 and like many other last minute shoppers I was looking for just the right gift and after visiting several Washington DC area clock shops, I finally found not just a perfect floor clock, but also something that I didn't expect to find in a Washington DC area business, a staff of folks, all family members, who were committed to not just making a sale, but also in starting a longer term service relationship. After encountering a season’s worth of rude drivers and equally rude sales people with clearly no vested interest in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, I was stunned to find such an exceptional shopping experience and quite frankly found myself not wanting to leave. Finally, to prove just how committed the Clock Shop Of Vienna is to building a long lasting customer relationship, they offered, YES OFFERED, to deliver and setup our clock AFTER they closed for the holiday. It was 2pm on Christmas Eve and within 2 hours of my purchase, Aaron, the owner’s son who was home from college for the holidays, delivered the clock wearing white gloves. After spending close to an hour setting up and demonstrating the features of the clock, our new floor clock is standing beautifully in our home.
