Finally, to prove just how committed the Clock Shop Of Vienna is to building a long lasting customer relationship, they offered, YES OFFERED, to deliver and setup our clock AFTER they closed for the holiday. It was 2pm on Christmas Eve and within 2 hours of my purchase, Aaron, the owner’s son who was home from college for the holidays, delivered the clock wearing white gloves. After spending close to an hour setting up and demonstrating the features of the clock, our new floor clock is standing beautifully in our home.
