I needed new headphones before a long trip I was taking on January 8th. Could have gotten them from Amazon, but read good things about TheCameraBox, and since they were in Brooklyn and I\u0027m in New Jersey, I figured shipping would be no problem. I spoke to a rep on December 30th, who told me that the headphones were in stock and would ship Tuesday morning because of the holiday, and that shipping would take 1-2 days, so I ordered over the weekend via google checkout. By Friday the 6th, the order had not arrived. I checked my credit card and had no charge from TCB. I checked their website; they had no record of an order from me. Google checkout was able to confirm that the order had been placed, but for whatever reason TCB had not bothered to process it. I called them that day, but since they go home early on Fridays (because theyre very professional), I wasn\u0027t able to get anyone on the phone. I left a message explaining that I no longer had any use for the product I ordered and that the order should be cancelled because it didn\u0027t ship in anywhere near the timeframe described. Today, 1\/11, I received an email saying my order had just shipped and would be received tomorrow, despite my attempts to cancel. I emailed the camera box to ask why this had been shipped when I left very clear instructions to cancel the order; I have yet to receive a response and doubt I ever will. Overall, about the worst online shopping experience I\u0027ve ever had. There\u0027s more professionalism and accountability on ebay. It took 11 days for my order to even process then they lost my package.The hours of operation they have on their site is wrong, and i\u0027m having a very hard time getting in touch with anyone. All i want is a refund now. <br><br>After posting this review,I have been contacted numerous times with the staff asking me to remove it. Only then the staff began to communicate with me about the issues i was having with their company. I used the company only because of the reviews i read. Little did I know they harass their customers to remove any negative reviews. I did get a refund after a few days like they said. However, If it were not for the endless emails asking me to remove my negative review, i would have updated this is a friendlier manner.
