They have an outstanding customer service, are fast, responsive and flexibile (e.g. if you need custom modifications of non default components). If something is not in the selection list you should email or call them and they will make it happen.<br>Most of the systems we received shipped within 2 or 3 days even though we requested some custom modifications. Anytime we have a special project that requires a small form factor computer they always have the right solution to fit our needs. Turnaround time is only a few days\u2026not bad for custom built systems. I have only had 1 issue with a bad stick of RAM in the 3 or 4 years of purchases in which they gave me the option to send it in to be replaced or advance ship me a replacement stick. Since we have our own tech team on site I elected for the advance replacement memory that arrived to our office the following morning. Fantastic service even after the sale.
