You claim someone here told you this would also burn a DVD however nobody here told you that. You may have spoke to someone at another company that told you the wrong information and found a cheaper price on our site. Not only did we send exactly what you ordered we even paid to return it when you said you were not happy. We are sorry a mistake was made but it was not our mistake and we still paid to have it shipped back for a full refund. Who else offers service like that? If it doesn't say DVD-RW it will not burn a DVD. Our highly trained staff would never make that mistake and our call logs do not have record of your call. We pride ourselves on product knowledge as I explained to you on the phone. Again I’m sorry a mistake was made. Our reputation is everything to us which is why we took such good care of your return.”
