"Everything I could hope for in an online retailer. Hands down the best prices I could find. They shipped out almost immediately with low shipping rates. There was a problem with my order (completely UPS error), they stayed on top of it and kept me well informed and the issue got resolved in a timely manner. A+ rating, I would highly recommend."

"I bought several Speakercraft Aim7 Five and Aim7 Three from your company. Dave was the person that helped me with the sales. On my last order of seven Aim7 Five speakers. Two were bad when they arrived. Dave only exchanged one out of two. I send several emails but he never responded. I stopped buying from your company ever since."

"As I placed a large order from Australia I was initially nervous about the transaction. I had to arrange the shipping from my end which was easier and cheaper than I initially thought it would be.
I received my order on time and well packed. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from them

"Not very happy with my purchase. The item sent was B stock which means used or refurbished. It was not noted on the site when I purchased and was not noted on the receipt. The unit came with 1/2 the warranty, was missing parts and had an internal malfunction that led to it having to be rebooted on a regular basis requiring me to reprogram all my info. in to it every time this happened. They offered to replace it with another refurbished unit but refused to send me a new unit which I was under the impression I purchased. They said I could return the unit and they would refund my purchase minus 15% and shipping both ways. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Since then, they are now showing their units as "B" stock, but give no indication what that means. "

"The order I received was in a different color and did not include an accessory that was clearly stated in the description of the item. When I asked customer service about this they responded saying that it only comes in one color (even though their picture showed otherwise and it did not mention this anywhere in the ad) and that the small mixing bowl was never included that their description was wrong. The only option I was given was to return the item which would include a restocking fee."

I ordered 5 Speakercraft MT6-three. Clear communication per mail. Later on seller arranged transport from NY to Dallas. Great updates about shipment and dates. Order as promised in time at the Dallas hotel where my brother collected them for transport to Holland.

Alltogether, Great deal, perfect seller!"
