I\u0027ve used this oil on myself as well rubbing the blend on my and my sons neck, noise and behind our ears for stuffy noise and head congestion. The Super Immune enabled us to breath better and re-leave the sinus pressure for four hours at a time. We are both very pleased with SI. I also used AA\u0027s Melissa oil on my lip for a cold sore. I rubbed the oil on every 2hours or when need, after two days the blister was gone with out a trace.
