Yes it is made in China and the directions were in broken chinese english, but it\u0027s a very nice product for $69.00.<br>I like this company and this product. I\u0027ve been reading these user reviews for some time now and have concluded that people without good executive skills, or are not clever, should not buy products like this on-line. That\u0027s why there are stores. If one is intuitive, they can save much money, so important now adays. I\u0027ve been using the Cloud Dome and that cracked after 6 months. The only thing good about this experience is that the item arrived quickly. This is not a \u0022Professional\u0022 item at all. The website states that a manual is included. The \u0022manual\u0022 is one sheet of paper with pictures and instructions in Chinese. The Plexiglass translucent material is so stiff (from being curled for shipping), it is unusable. You\u0027ll never be able to clamp it to the stand without breaking the stand. The \u0022Pro\u0022 clamps are crudely made. The ad says \u0022setup in minutes\u0022. Yep, try 120 minutes. Again, the instructions are in Chinese. I had to figure out the setup by trial and error. The clamps that ship are not the clamps pictured. It\u0027s flimsily made. Not even worth $50 let alone the $155 plus shipping. I would ask for a refund but it\u0027s not worth the $15 restocking fee and return shipping. Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and try your luck at a professional Photo store.. I called LAShop and was told to email autions@yes.usa.com to ask for instructions or any advise on wiring. Never had return email from email. I also have tried to call this company to see if they will pick this one up and sen me another one and every time I call there is an answering machine that says mail box full. I am very upset because the sauna was 200.00 and I want my money returned or this bad one replaced and I can\u0027t get them to help.
