I waited 30 mins and it would not heat hight enough. As my students stared in disappointment. I tried to send it back for a refund and was told it was past 30 days. It wasn\u0027t shipped until 1\/22\/12 and I called 3\/1\/12. When I used it three weeks prior it did work. I now have spent $54.90 for an item I have used one time. When I spoke with the supervisor she stated that I could send it back minus the shipping and 15% restocking fee which came to $28. So I got to use a not so great machine one time for a total of $26.90. NOT IMPRESSED! "This is the first time veiwing the web site offered to the public. I found everthing easily found, with a assortment of quality tooling. The items in the kit were covered and explained good enough for me to make a decision. I had a good experience at LaShop and will probably use them from now on."
