"Estimated shipping was $10 for FedEx home delivery, a lot for a one pound package.

When I tried to place the order the shipping was $35, more than the cost of the items.

What a ripoff!"

"My order was filled and shipped quickly. When I recieved my shipment it was not what I ordered. Called Hardware City and we discovered that it was not their fault, but the distributors that made the part. They showed the part we needed, but had an incorrect item number with it. Resulting in us getting the incorrect part. Hardware City went as far as finding me the correct part number that I needed and refunded the amount I paid for the wrong part with efficiency and courtesy. Thank you Hardware City. I would recomend Hardware City and also shop with them again when needing any parts."
