The Hardware City had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The only phone call I had to make was to request UPS shipping (not fond of FedEx). They complied with my request without hesitation and I received my order safe and fast with UPS.

My order was filled and shipped quickly. When I recieved my shipment it was not what I ordered. Called Hardware City and we discovered that it was not their fault, but the distributors that made the part. They showed the part we needed, but had an incorrect item number with it. Resulting in us getting the incorrect part. Hardware City went as far as finding me the correct part number that I needed and refunded the amount I paid for the wrong part with efficiency and courtesy. Thank you Hardware City. I would recomend Hardware City and also shop with them again when needing any parts.

Excellent customer service. I was having trouble initially getting a credit card to go through and left EMAIl. They called me back right away and got the order going. When I had a damaged item they gave me a credit quickly and without a hassle. Good job!

Original shipment was damaged by the carrier, FedEx.  
 
A simple call to TheHardwareCity resulted in a replacement being shipped the next day. Superb service!

Outstanding! What can be better about a company? Great prices, excellent selection of good quality of products, and exceptional service. I have personally never been more satisfied with an on line company ever! Actually thinking about it, of any company dot com or not! I write as a affirmation due to a problem with the shipping of my recent order. I called and spoke with a customer service person . (Yes I wrote a real person) They not only handled it with complete satisfaction but made a follow up call to my cell phone confirming that the damaged item was being shipped out the same day!  
 
I am happy to report that everything came in perfect condition and working order. I will without question use Hardware City.com over and over again knowing full well that it will be easy and simple to order AND that service will never be a problem.

I found what I was looking for for a much, much cheaper price than everywhere else. The order was shipped today, the 19th, only one day after my order was placed. I received an email verifying the FedEx tracking number. I'm very pleased with the price and the quick shipping. I'm looking forward to receiving my item and doing business with The Hardware City in the future.
