"My experience could not have been better. I inquired about whether the camera was new and was told it was. I ordered the camera, they telephoned me and offered an extra battery etc. The price was $100 less than any other "store" and I received my new camera as scheduled. I have had NO difficulty with any part of this transaction."

"Ordered a digital camera from this store. Was called by a salesman to confirm the order and they tried to sell me accessories which I did not want. When I rejected their urgings, suddenly my order was out of stock and my order was cancelled. They try to make up for a good price by selling overpriced accessories and cancel order when rejected"

"this seller employs false advertising to get orders placed, then requires the buyer to call in before the order is shipped, and then tries to sell you unnecessary things; plus I expected a new Pentax Optio W30 camera for the advertised price of $219, and then I was told that it was a refurbished product and would have to pay $299 for a brand new one."

"Saw they offered the Panasonic DMC-TZ3K for $250 and ordered it with 1 day shipping.
Received an order confirmation email telling me I must call them to confirm the order. I didn't notice it until the next day and called. Spoke with a polite but brief gentleman who tried to convince me I needed to buy an SD card for 40 bucks more than I can get it at Best Buy, and tried to sell me a spare lithium battery.
When I said "I do not need a spare battery at this time" he said okay we'll ship it in one full day, and hung up on me.
I immidiately got an email saying the camera was out of stock and the order was cancelled.
Scam store. At least they didn't charge my card :("

"This is the most bogus site I have came across. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!
I have been trying to order LUMIX DMC TZ3 and I found that they don't even have courtesy to talk properly with customers. None product on their website exists with them for sale. If there is any government agency that control such fraud website, they should look into it.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE !!!"

"I purchased a Canon S3 and had order canceled by reseller after refusing to buy additional equipment. I was suspicious when I my confirmation email indicated I needed to call to confirm my order. I happened to be sitting at my computer when the call from the reseller arrived. Within a minute after a terse but polite conversation where I declined to buy additional items like SD cards, rechargeable batteries and extended warranty I received an email canceling my order. Too bad I didn't know about resellerratings.com before ordering, I'd have avoided these guys like the plague."

"Ordered Canon PowerShot G7. TheDigitalExpo sent e-mail confirmation that required additional voice confirmation by phone before shipping. Seemed suspicious at the time. When I called, man tried to pressure me into buying high-speed SD card at 4 times the going price. Tried to get me to buy extended warranty for another $50.00 This is how they can sell at "bargain" price." Wondering if I should cancel the order and go elsewhere."

"I didn't purchase from this store because they were so rude. I called to see if I had to call them after placing an order online. I told him i read bad and some good reviews - his response was " if you don't want to buy a camera from us dont!" Bad bad vibes. I hung up - I wouldn't deal with with them."

"DO NOT deal with this company! They go by many names. I was fooled into thinking they were "DigitalExpo.com" but they are: (the)digitalexpo.com. I have been trying to cancel an order and they keep hanging up on me. After placing an initial order online, you must call to confirm. Then a high-pressure saleman will attempt to sell accessories far above other retail prices. When I tried to cancel the entire order, they informed me there was a cancellation fee. The camera had not even been pulled yet for shipping and when I asked him where this policy was on the web site, he told me he didn't have time and hung up. I called back customer service to discuss this matter, the man said he was looking forward to sending a collection agency after me. Then the following day, a Ronald called me back and told me he was the owner. When I told him I had cancelled the order, he hung up on me. These guys are nasty."
