Item to big/not true size/ returned/no credit
"I bought a bicycle jersey for my husband back in December, I returned the first days of January since the size was not a true size, from a size M I got a XXXL for giant. I made few phone calls to ask about my refund, and they said I was going to get a credit which I still don't see. They make different stories every time I call. I had recommend the web page before since I buy plenty of Triathlon cloth from them. The manager Brigitte does not care about Customer Satisfaction. "
Sent wrong item. Correct item never sent. Refund issued.
"I ordered a jacket and The Clymb sent me the wrong one. I returned it to them and they never sent out the replacement once they received the wrong item back in their warehouse. I called and asked for a refund because I got tired of waiting. Hint to the Clymb: if you mess up an order, send out the replacement immediately. There are too many other places to buy gear that have better customer service. You lost a customer that spends LOTS of money on gear purchases because of your poor customer service."
"Have ordered twice from The Clymb. 1st order, only half of the order was sent, got an email saying they had an inventory issue on the second one. FAIL #1Order number 2 (why did I do it? cause I had to return the one item in order 1 and then found out you can only get a credit arrgghhh). Anyhow, order 2, got 2 items this time but.....one was the wrong item. Emailed customer service, nothing. Called, did not care, getting refund. Lame lame lame."

"I started shopping at TheClymb for good deals on bicycling clothes. I have ordered from them a half a dozen times now. They have clothes and gear for a variety of outdoor and sports activities as well as some leisure wear type items. They have top brands at very good prices. These are not Walmart prices but this is quality that you won't find in Walmart, either. Shop thoughtfully, do your research and you should be pleased with your purchase. "
"Stopped shopping at The Clymb long ago - they provide zero shopping cart protection during sales - you can add something that showed in stock to your cart, proceed directly to checkout and the item will be stolen from your cart by someone who happens to be faster at checking out. Their customer service confirmed this policy.It is certainly their prerogative to have that policy, but as a result I'm not wasting my time on their site any longer."

"Not a great experience with this site. Main reason was paying for expedited shipping and they didn't get around to shipping it for two days, but it did come 2-day. I complained but they didn't really seem to care very much. They never responded to a 2nd email I sent them about the issue.A second reason buyers should be careful is that it is a flash-sale site. While their prices are good, they only accept returns for store credit (no refunds). Be prepared to sit on the credit until something else you like comes along."

Ive made several purchases using the site and the experience has always been awesome. there product range is great, just don't wait to pull the trigger on some stuff cause at the price they sell for, popular sizes and colors fly off the virtual shelf!! the site it self is also very user friendly making it easy to navigate while getting these killer deals! store credit on returns is cool... there's always more gear to pick up!!"
"I've ordered 3 times from this site and it's always the same M.O. You order items, a month goes by then you find out that most if not all of the items you ordered are out of stock and you get refunded. This place is a joke. First, why are they charging you right away if they have no plans on shipping the items you purchased in a timely fashion? I don't even have the items in hand but my credit card bill is due. Second, you have to wait A MONTH before you even know if the stuff you wanted (and paid for) is even available. That's ridiculous! Somehow the people that run this site actually think that the discounts are worth all this hassle. They're probably collecting a bunch of money up front, sitting on it for a month to generate interest then refunding people because they have no inventory. People PLEASE don't waste your time with this website. "
"I've been shopping with these guys for three years and they've never taken my money before shipping. Which, kinda sucks if you forget that you've made a purchase. They are VERY slow. I'm ok with that if it gets me a $400 dollar raincoat for $80! My only problem with them is that they only refund with store credit. If they refunded actual money I would order from them more often. Also, fantastic customer service!"
"theClymb takes your money before they have the product in warehouse to ship. They took too long to send my shipment. I did not receive any notification the product was not in stock or that it would be late. It was for a present 2 weeks in advance which missed being a BDay present. I had to go purchase something last minute. Even amazon does not take your money before they ship. theClymb is not ethical. I will never purchase from theClymb again."
