I wanted to revise my review. I talked with support right after I did the review. They did email me, but for some reason I never got it.  
 
I did the online chat with them and got it all straightened out. They are sending me a new back for the phone and were very quick to respond.

The order was received in excellent condition and delivery time was 3 days from ship date. The price was the lowest I could find. I would recommend Cellguru to anyone.

Seller advertised a retail product and instead sent an OEM/bulk product. This is not what was advertised and not what I ordered. They refused to refund the shipping costs even though this is clearly an error on their part. They even deducted an additional "shipping discount" from the refund.
