"Very good communication, and great pricing. I paid, I think 75 cents extra for expedited shipping of something, that went on backorder due to a misship by their supplier. They notified me of it, and said when it should ship. It shipped on the data specified. I realized I had paid a tiny bit more for expedited shipping (actually I think it is just front of the line access so to speak) and asked if they could refund the extra payment. They replied quickly and said they could not since there margins were so slim, and mine was still shipped out "front of the line" and I completely understood. I said "hey it doesn't hurt to ask" and they agreed. Very nice in emails, like emailing a person and not a big company. I would recommend them"
