READ THE FINE PRINT. Must have return authorization within 14 days. Also not responding to email, even though he initiated it. I was looking for the perfect case for my cell, and ordered five different ones. None were exactly what I wanted. I found one locally, and was then surprised to see I needed a return authorization. Even though I have learned to carefully read return policies when ordering from small companies in the future, I can understand that it was my error. However, cellguru asked why I wanted to make the return, and is now NOT RESPONDING TO MY MULTIPLE EMAILs. This makes me angry, and is not indicitive of good business practices.
