"Great company to deal with. Answered all my questions by e-mail quickly, & completely. Shipped my order when they said they were going to. No problems at all from TPM. My shipments were handled by UPS, and that is where problems were encountered. They arrived at my house on the day they were supposed to deliver, but could not find my package on their truck. They stated it must have been placed on another of their trucks. They sent out an alert to their fleet, to be on the lookout for my package. Later that day as I kept checking the status of my order, I found that it had been delivered and signed for 30 minutes earlier by another residence about 8 miles away, . I contacted UPS at their 800 number (you cannot talk to local dispatch). Tim informed me that the package had in fact been delivered to the wrong address, and that he would contact local dispatch, and have them go back, and pickup my package and deliver it to me within a couple of hours. Tim also said someone locally would contact me by phone when the package was picked up. I waited about 45 minutes and then called local dispatch at the number supplied by Tim. I spoke with Ann, and she was unaware of the problem. She informed me that their drivers were finished for the day, and that they would pick up the package on the following Monday, as this was on a Friday and the normal crew did not work on Saturday. I informed her of what Tim had said "I would receive my package that day within a couple of hours". She then said she would see what she could do and get back with me. I then went on line, and looked up the address that the package was delivered to, found a name for that address, looked the name up in the phone book, and called the person. He stated that he had the package. I then drove to his residence and picked the package up. While I was there, Ann called and informed me she had contacted a driver and that he would go pick up the package within an hour. I informed her that I was at the residence and had the package, and wanted to talk to her supervisor. She informed me that Frank Gillean, her supervisor, was out of the office and would not return till Monday, but she would have him call me. It is now the following Wednesday and still no call from him or anyone else from UPS. In future dealings with TPM, I will ask for FedEx shipping."
