reply posted Jun-10-2013 “We shipped this client his package on May 14th (UPS Tracking #1Z61A61E29xxxxxxx) within 2 business days of receipt of his payment. We shipped the package via OVERNIGHT delivery service. UPS failed to make the delivery to the client, and we were not notified by UPS or the client about the shipping issue.
The first we heard of the problem was this public review. We immediately contacted UPS, the customer, and rushed out a replacement package. UPS has since declared the original package lost and reimbursed us.
We take our reputation very seriously. When we called the customer, he admitted he should have contacted us sooner. He certainly should have contacted us before posting this negative complaint. He promised to reverse this review, but he has not. Needless to say, we have been frustrated working with this difficult client, and we have made every effort to exceed our commitments. Unfortunately, he has not extended us the same courtesy.”
