"I ordered a right handed saw, I received a left handed saw 2 weeks later. It took a week to receive the ups label for me to return the wrong saw. I have emailed them dozens of times reminding and requesting an update on my saw. Here it is June 1 and my saw still hasn't even shipped to me, I am still waiting on a tracking #. I paid for the saw April 6th. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!"

"I work for a public utility company and we have a great need for all kinds of equipment at a moments notice. Tequipment.net has been very effective in getting my orders to me fast. I have tried many other online equipment sites, but none give me the same kind of personalized service as well as fast delivery of equipment. I have been using them for several years now and will continue to use them as my source for testing equipment."

"I am really impressed with this company. I started off acting as if i was a beginner and their support was honest with me and the recommendation of what I should buy. I actually bought higher range equipment to fit my needs but needed to know the integrity of a company that I'm dealing with. A++
I needed this equipment before leaving for a job and they went above and beyond expectations to accommodate me.
Somewhere along the line a mistake was made in shipping which would have made the equipment arrive to late for me to use. One phone call to a kind lady ( Walaa Elmenshawy ) and customer service was immediately fixing this issue and shipped another unit to ensure i would have what i needed, when i needed it. A++ again.
Honest, Friendly, knowledgeable, best price for what i ordered and outstanding customer service. I look forward to doing business with them again."

"RB was great in helping getting my my FLIR ps32 at a super price. Item was delivered on time w/no hassle at all. I sent a few pals his way that were looking for thermal untis also.
