"DO NOT use teptronics.com . They are a fraud. After not receiving an order they charged my credit card for,I called the phone number(866-859-1800)pressed the number for the acounting dept. I was transfered to a realestate company that told me I had the wrong number! Citicorp is looking into teptronics for fraud and taking legal action."

"I recently purchased a product from Underbid.com because of the good price. This was my first purchase using Underbid.com which handled the purchase for Teptronics. I then paid for the product using PayPal. I'm only mentioning the above to say this: I had a problem with the product I purchased, and where do I go from here to get the problem resolved? I thought I dug a hole I'd never be able to get the problem satisfactorily resolved due to the number of companies involved. I thought I'd have to eat the $100 purchase. Since the purchase was shipped from Teptronics, I thought I'd start there. I had to go no further! A Teptronics representative named Brett asked me to send the product for warranty repair or replacement to the product's repair facility. I did, and they could not find anything wrong. I then contacted Brett at Teptronics and explained, that although the problem was probably in getting the product to work was with me, that I was unhappy with the purchase, and I'd like to return it, or exchange it for something else similar. Well, Teptronics sent me an upgraded product at no additional charge--even before I could return the product I was not happy with back to them... How's that for service with a smile? Teptronics could not do enough to make me happy and make it right. That kind gesture allowed me to bookmark Teptronics in my browser, and anytime I'm looking for something 'electronic' Teptronics will be my first place to make a purchase. Based on my experience with a company I never purchased from before, I highly recommend you give Teptronics a try. Thanks again Brett. "
"Purchased item beginning of July. After receiving no shipping confirmation and not getting what I ordered after waiting a week, I tried contacting this company with no response. I have since put a claim through pay pal because I never got the item, Brett at teptronics contacted me by email & told me I would receive a refund by the end of the day. I am still waiting for the refund, still have nothing for my money that they are keeping, and they will not even get back to pay pal to answer the claim. Don't purchase from this store because you will get screwed. "
"I am pleased to buy in this store, everything has arrived correctly and in order, well packed for international order. It took a while to arrive because the item I bought was out of stock. The customer support is great and after exchanging the product for another one, everything was sent to me."
"Terrible! There is no way to talk to a customer service represntative, they tell you to use the online Live Chat, but its ALWAYS offline!!!! I ordered something 2 weeks ago, haven't received shipping confirmation, haven't received responses to my emails, and haven't received repsonses to my ticket requests. Right now I don't know what to do because I can't get my product, and I need it before the 20th because its a christmas present and I'm travelling on the 20th! I was able to get a in touch with the NY store, and they were more helpful than the 1 (866) number so if anyone needs help try them, its (212)679-7230GOOD LUCK!"
"They took the order over the internet. They did not have the advertised product and cannot get it. After many many phone calls not answered and emails not responded to I had one communication promising a refund next day. 2 weeks later and no refund, still not answering phone calls and not replying to emails. I can only concur with the other review - these people are bottom feeders who think customer service is for suckers."
" Online Order #: 9571669 Internal Order #: 208952I was trying to order Speaker Cable and mistakenly ordered Power Cable from them on Christmas Eve. I immediately sent an e-mail to them to Cancel the order. I received no response.On 01/04/08 I received an e-mail indicating my order had been shipped!! In the Interim I sent at least 6 e-mails to all of their contact adresses -(Info@Teptronics/Paypal@.../Support@...) and received not a single response!! Obviously it was my mistake, but they never had the common courtesy to, at least, respond! Instead, to their benefit, they just shipped!I've tried to contact them in order to return the item, but again - No response.These people are the stereotype fulfilled of the NY Sleaze Ball business. They obviously receive communications placing orders, but anything else and they don't bother!! "
