"Always happy when I order from this site, they have such a large choice of stock, and always get the latest trends in for each of the grand slams. I buy rackets, balls, clothes, shoes and string from here, never been disappointed. They're not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive."

"Very satisfied with their handling of my order. Unbeatable price. Prompt shipping and delivery. Product as expected.

Although their website needs some bug fixes. The approximate delivery date showed as 2 weeks from my order even though i had chosen 2nd day delivery for a product that was in stock. But when I called them the CSR clarified that it's a glitch in their website but the shipping will be in 2 days.

Will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended."

"Good & quick service. Shipping & processing was very quick. I had ordered a Prince O3 Red and had to change the grip size after the order. That was done quick. They even gave 2Day Air shipping free. The review of the racquets provided on the site were also helpful."

"I got tired of buying $75.00+ tennis shoes only to find out a short time later that their junk! I decided to look for tennis shoe reviews from people with a lot more experience than myself.
I found a pair online and took a chance knowing there was no place nearby that sold the brand (Prince Quiktrac TI Low). Tennis Warehouse's webpage showed in real time how many pair they had and the person I spoke with knew his stuff not like some recent college grad that drank their way through school!
Anyway the price couldn't be beat and they offered me the choice of shipping (FedEx or UPS) and in a few days they arrived neatly packed.
To sum it up I give them thumbs up and hope if I have problems with the shoes Tennis Warehouse and myself can work it out.

"3rd time I've bought a racquet from TW. Always a great experience. Great customer service - knowledgeable, courteous, no upselling. In each case the racquet arrives, strung, in 2 days. Great operation."

"I am very satisfied with the product, and professional handling of my order. I was offered free 2 day shipping and this was the first merchant that really did deliver me the product in 2 days. The tennis racquet was perfect. Will shop at this store again. The prices for the same racquet were cheaper than Dicks and Sports Authority by 10 - 15 dollars.

"Steer clear of these guys. I've been a long time customer of Tennis Warehouse, ordering hundreds of dollars of rackets and strings in the past. That is until today. The tracking information for the new racket I had overnight-ed showed a front door delivery at a time when my wife and I were both at home, but alas no racket was delivered. When I contacted TW's customer service about the issue, they insisted that I order and pay for a second racket and if the first racket ever showed up, I would have to pay for return shipping on the first racket as well. I had been expecting that they would simply overnight another one, for the inconvenience. As I explained to them, if the original racket ever showed up I would be more than happy to return it. No dice. All this hassle and disrespect for a $69 tennis racket. Unbelievable. Instead of trusting a long time customer, they've lost one. There are too many other good options out there for my tennis needs."

"Good prices but shipping is an issue.
Background: I purchased a pair of shoes and a tennis racquet for my wife. I also selected 3 demos for myself. Shoes and 1 demo were back-ordered, 5/12 and 5/16 respectively.
What happened: Since the shoes were back-ordered, I initially told them to ship all at once thinking I would be able to get them within a reasonable time frame. No luck. I called them back after the shoes were in stock and ask them to ship what I had purchased first for my wife. I was told ok, those will be shipped first and the invoice changed. When those didn't arrive in 4 days, I called to find out that the order was were going to ship all at once. Now I understand I had told them initially to ship everything once but I was also told that they had changed the invoice to ship at two separate times. They disregarded what I asked and tried to save some money on the side at my expense. I understand the situation with the demos is difficult to predict but when you purchase something, you should have a say in when you want your purchase shipped. Two weeks and no shoes or racquet on an order that had free two day shipping.
Advice- purchase and demo the items separately. Otherwise, you will run into the same situation and get frustrated as I have. "

"I ordered a pair of Head Radical Pro Men's Wh/Black 8.0, when I received the shoes, they are 8.5, and what's worse is that the two shoes are of DIFFERENT sizes. I called them right away when they did offer to ship immediately. But I told them to hold until my return is received so that they can get me the right size. I saw the shipping delievery confirmation from UPS says they received on 6/02, but I did not hear anything from them. So I called them on 6/04 and was told that they are out of stock for my size. The back order won't be available until 6/11. I told them I don't want to wait and need to get a refund. Then I asked to talk to the manager, who tried hard to defend themselves and offered insincere apology. Not a good place to shop!"
