Received the phone and SIM cards in less than 2 days! Phone is compact, and should easily slip in to pocket. Instructions are reasonably easy to follow, and are backed up on line with easy to find links. This is our first trial with international phones after a less than ideal experience using Verizon in Mexico last year. Made two calls to Telestial customer service just to be sure that I have configured the phone and cards correctly and was impressed with less than 1 minute wait times, and informative and courteous advice and reassurance.
