"I wish that I could put all 0 stars. That's how bad this experience was with the exception that it was easy to place the order. This was a horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day. I placed the order at least 7 business days prior to the delivery date. The flowers were never delivered. I called to cancel the order. The reasoning for no delivery was they could not find a florist in the area that would deliver; however upon investigation I found multiple florist who had the teleflora option shown on their website. Needless to say I called to cancel the order and have yet to receive my refund. It has been 5 days. After the initial cancellation, a rep called me two days after I cancelled to verify the recipient's address for delivery. I had to go through with this person that I had cancelled the order. He argued with me that the order was not cancelled. I mean really. Who wants to send mother's day flowers 3 days after the day?? I even emailed the customer service email address with no response from them. Horrible customer service. I'm almost afraid to post this for fear that I won't get my refund."

"Ordered a bouquet to be sent to a small town for my mom the day before Mother's day. Speedy delivery arrived on time, but the quality of the bouquet was not what was pictured online. They had sent an email about using substitutions of equal or greater value- NOT TRUE! The arrangement looked crappy and NOT worth $75. Got a full refund, but the website's pictures are VERY misleading. Great customer service though, very friendly and easy to work with. Quality is hard to guarantee as they use local florists, so I understand it wasn't in their control. I guess I just can't expect great flowers from that small town and will have to hand-deliver by myself from now on."

"I ordered Mother's Day flowers and asked for the flowers to be purple. when the flowers finally arrived (after 4 phone calls regarding the order) not a single purple flower was in the arrangement. I refused the order and asked for a refund. Instead of a refund they charged me a second time for the order. Teleflora now has $200 of my money and tells me it will take up to 10 days for them to refund money that shouldn't have been charged in the first place. Asking for a supervisor was useless as one never called me back even after 2 requests. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! "

"Placed an order Thursday afternoon, May 9, 2013 for Friday late afternoon pick up at Wills Point Floral. Picked out Teleflora's Sweet As Can Be Bouquet, one regular and one deluxe, $85.41.

I was so disappointed when I arrived to pick them up. Not blaming Wills Point Floral because employee went by the "recipe" that Teleflora instructed. The pictures that I viewed on the internet were deceiving. I'll never order flowers off the internet. This was an exspensive lesson learned. Thanks teleflora network... never again! "

"One of the worst experiences that I've ever had. I bought a groupon type deal from another company for Teleflora. The same day that I purchased the deal, I placed an order with Teleflora using the deal coupon. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered one week later, but were never received. When I called Teleflora to seek an explanation, I was put on hold so that they could "contact the florist" and then a few minutes later, the call would drop off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, but after it happened six times in a row, I realized that these actions were intentional. After the seventh time, they started redirecting my calls to a loop. I called my credit card company and blocked the payment to Teleflora and haven't tried calling them since. Hope I never have to deal with this company again. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND A LOCAL FLORIST OR ANOTHER ONLINE FLOWER DEALER. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!! "

"Rather than learning from the other negative reviews here, I learned the hard way - dealing with Teleflora is a big mistake. This is definitey not a good company and one to avoid!

I placed an order for a Deluxe (mid-level) version of their 'Make A Wish' arrangement to be delivered to a hospital patient on 2/24/13. Late in the afternoon of that day I received word the recipient was being discharged and the delivery still hadn't been made, so I called Teleflora customer service to see what had happened to the delivery. They said the florist was already closed for the day so for unknown reasons the delivery wouldn't be made that day. They offered me a 20% refund (which I never received) and took updated information from me for delivery to the patient's home the following day. Then at 522pm I received automated email stating delivery had been made. The patient was already gone but apparently the flowers were just left at the nurses station without checking to confirm the recipient's presence. I called Teleflora the next day - they said the florist would pick up the arrangement from the hospital and make a home delivery the day after that (2/26/13). They had no record of all the updated information I had provided the previous day so I had to go through that entire process again. The following afternoon the delivery of the now two-day-old arrangement was finally made. The delivery person's rather unpleasant demeanor suggested he was't too enthused about the whole situation either. Not surprising, since Teleflora had dispatched the order to a florist located far from the original delivery address and the home address was even farther from their shop.

When the product finally arrived it proved to be diappointing too. It resembled the website depiction of the arrangement somewhat but wasn't nearly as full. I paid $10 extra for 'Deluxe' but it would be generous to say the product met the lowest 'Standard' level. The ribbon on the vase looked cheap and wasn't nearly as nice as the one portrayed. Bottom line is you won't get what they show you on the website and you won't get good value for your money.

Also, forget about getting timely response to emails to their customer service. I emailed an order status inquiry on the original delivery day 2/24/13 and again the following day (no way to check it online). I finally received a reply on 3/4/13 - one full week later - saying my order had been delivered on the 25th (which was incorrect - actual delivery was on the 26th) and what a pleasure it had been serving me. In other words they were no help whatsoever. It may have been a pleasure for them, but I can't say the feeling was mutual!

Also, don't believe all the positive reviews on their website: they sent me a link to review the product, which I did in non-vulgar terms similar to those used here. Surprise, surprise - my review was never posted. Apparently they only post the positive ones. That's how they can show 98% customer approval!"

"This is the worst online Flower company! I tried to order flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day but she never received them. They sent me a confirmation saying the flowers had been delivered that day, but that was not the case. I called that day only to be put on hold for hours.

I called the next day and got a very rude costumer service representative. She told me all she could was deliver the flowers on Monday and give me 30% off. Since the flowers were already at least 30% more expensive for Valentines Day this was not a deal.

My girlfriend then called and received the same rude customer service. The representative yelled at her and interrupted her not letting her speak. The manager then got on the phone and said they couldn't talk to my girlfriend about the order because I may have ordered multiple flowers for other people. Which was not the case at all.

After many phone calls I got the flowers for free and promised they would be shipped that Monday. My girlfriend received them on two days later on Wednesday instead.

This is the worst company to deal with and I will NEVER use them again. It's one thing to mess up an order it's another to be so rude and demeaning to your customers. Trust me save yourself the time and aggravation do NOT order from Teleflora."

"I never received my Valentine's Day Flowers. Nothing!
I tried calling multiple times and could never get through or was always hung up on. I emailed twice with no ressponse.
This company doesnt care. Now that I had a terrible experience, I have looked at their review on Yahoo and Yelp...almost uniformly terrible ratings. Think twice before using this company. Even if you think you are saving a few dollars, I'd do business with one of their numerous (more reliable) competitors.

"I can't say anything about the product because the product was never delivered! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Everytime I buy anything I not only think about me, but I also think about the vendor. I understand the retail business and I hate making problems. You'll never see me walk into a store 15 minutes before closing time because I know how it feels to have someone come in at the last minute.
With that in mind, I placed an order with Teleflora for a nice bouquet for my wife for Valentine's day. So, before placing the order, I searched all the florist around my wife's work to make sure I choose one that is close by (so the florist doesn't have to drive far away). I also wanted to give them enough time to get my order ready and put me on the schedule. So then I placed the order 10 days before Valentine's day (Feb 4). I chose a florist that was close by that had excellent reputation based on internet comments. I know that Valentine's day is crazy for any florist, so I thought by giving them 10 days they should be able to take care of this order with no issues. Eitherway, when placing the order Teleflora online ordering system tells me that for an additional $10 I can have the order to be processed as "Priority" so it can be delivered before 12PM.
So let me recap. I give them 10 days from delivery date, I choose a florist close to my wife's work, I pay extra for the "deluxe" flowers, and I am willing to pay an additional amount to make sure the flowers arrive to her.
Then it's February 14th, and it's 12:45PM, and my wife had not received the flowers. I call Teleflora the representative was surprised to hear that I placed the order 10 days in advanced. They tried calling the florist and they said they cannot get a hold of them, but they will continue trying to contact them (BS!), they ask if I want to still have the order delivered. I said yes, of course as long as it's before 5PM. I also request a $10 refund because they could not keep their promise of delivering the flowers "Priority". After fighting with the representative for a few minutes he tells me that the $10 refund will be processed.
Then it is 4:45PM and my wife tells me she has not received anything. I again proceed to contact Teleflora and the representative tells me with an attitude that they cannot deliver in the next 15 minutes. My wife gets off work at 5PM, and so they cannot deliver the flowers before then. Already frustrated with the fact that my wife is getting no flowers for Valentine's after placing the order 10 days ahead of time, I tell the representative to cancel the order and to process a full refund. He said he will do that. I ask for an email confirmation of the cancellation and refund, and he says they cannot do that.
Today is 02/21/13 and I checked my bank account to see if the refund had processed, and all I see is a $10 refund. Now pissed at Teleflora I call one more time and the representative tells me that the order was never cancelled, so now I have to wait an additional week 3 to 5 business days for the refund to show in my bank account. Now she tells me that an email has been sent telling me that the order has been cancelled. (((wait, the previous representative told me that cannot be done))).
I never leave negative reviews, but I felt that this time was necessary. My wife comes home telling me that everyone she knows received flowers except for her. I had to explain to her everything that happened. I am never placing another order from Teleflora and I will make sure everyone I know also does not use your horrible service.
I'm sorry for whoever has to read this review. I know it is lengthy, but I thought necessary for everything that needed to be said."

"DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL BE ASKING YOURSELF THE SAME QUESTION I KEEP ASKING MYSELF "WHY DIDN'T I DO MORE RESEARCH?" I LOST $100 DOLLARS TO THIS COMPANY AND ALL I GOT WAS A BUNCH OF EXCUSES.

WORST COMPANY EVER DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.."

"My experience is the same as everyone else here, except I'l add that I've been disconnected numerous times after holding long periods all morning on their customer service line. I'm surprised that Paypal will allow them to use their service, since they have a GOOD reputation. Teleflora needs to be investigated. Looking at the other posts, this seems to be standard operating procedure for them.

I ordered Valentines flowers for my daughter which were never received, though I received an email confirmation that they were delivered. I asked for details about the delivery and they could not provide any, even after supposedly contacting the florist. No refund was offered. They said they would escalate my call to the supervisor to see what they could do, but there has been no refund, or contact, and now I cant get through the phone system past the part there it verifies your identity. It mysteriously disconnects.

Ill take this to Paypal and anywhere else I can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else."

"I am so angry with this company right now! I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my girlfriends office on Valentine's Day, 10 days in advance. Around 5:30pm I find out that they never delivered them - no phone call, no email, no notification what-so-ever! So her feelings are hurt and I look like a complete asshole! I immediately call them and I wait on hold for 54 minutes... I finally give up. I call them the next morning and wait another 19 minutes to speak to a supervisor. She apologizes and the best she will do is a 50% refund but they can't guarantee delivery on Friday. WTH?!? I paid extra to have them delivered to her office on Valentine's Day! I'm not happy at all, but at least it's something, so I said fine, deliver them on Tuesday and the supervisor confirms a Tuesday delivery date. Fast forward to that night around 8pm -- some guy is calling my girlfriend saying nobody is at the delivery location. Of course not, it's 8pm on a Friday! She brings the phone to me and I tell him to deliver to her office on Tuesday. An hour later, he outside my girlfriends condo freaking her out trying to deliver the flowers! This is horrible service - I never want to deal with this company again!"

"So for valentines day i ordered flowers for my girlfriend through teleflora. I was told that my flowers would be delivered to her workplace at the given time and they said that they would do it. Apparently they could not send them that particular day anymore and they were not sent to her on valentines day which made me look like a complete asshole for not getting her anything. Instead of calling me, they email me. Even though they emailed me, they had a typo in my email so i did not get the email saying they could not deliver at the given time. Even after they messed up, I don't get complimentary flowers for my girlfriend but only a refund and a discount promo code. It's better than nothing but still very disappointed in the service."

"DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered flowers a week ago to be delivered yesterday for Valentine's Day. Nothing. Called customer service multiple times (on hold for a total of 1 hr. 30 minutes, all told), said they "couldn't reach" the florist. Finally, I just asked for the florist's number and got ahold of them myself. Still a day late (and several hours later than they said they would arrive)."
