NO MONEY WAS EVER CREDITED BACK!! I EMAILED HIM AND MADE SURE HE KNEW HOW UNHAPPY I WAS AND HE WROTe ME BACK "LEARN SOME MANNERS!" I BELIEVE HE SHOULD LEARN SOME MANNERS! The company has a policy of "no customer service". I received a defective product and called the company.I was told that they would rather have "lower prices and less customer service". The owner of the company refused to pay to have a defective product shipped back to him.He said that he doesn't have time to test all of the products that he sells, which is acceptable, but he also said that he can not stand behind the quality of any product and a consumer should expect a certain amount of defective products; it's not his problem

As old as my PCMCIA card was, I thought for sure it was a goner when I damaged the dongle beyond repair.
