"Got an email immediately saying the product was reserved and pending shipment. 3 business days later, not shipped, no update, no response to two emails, no way to cancel the order. HOWEVER, when the owner got back to me, I discovered what this site is really about -- a very small business that appears to be run by a small staff (maybe even just one person) and sells one of a kind or limited availability stuff.
Long story short, when he got back to me, I asked that he cancel my order (I had already bought the part locally). He refunded my money and sent me the part anyway for free.
So... this isn't New Egg. But he's a reputable dealer.
I'm changing my original one star rating to 4 based on his repair of the situation."
