"I ordered a roll of laminate for a Brother laminating machine on 3/31/2012. After a week without hearing anything about my order I called them and left a message on their answering machine. On 4/12/2012 I checked my order status on their web site and found out that my order has been cancelled. Sure would have been nice if they called or emailed me this information. "Ordered 5 Lantronix RJ45 to DB9 Female Cable to DTE Device 6ft (SKU: 500-103), $9.75/ea and one Lantronix RJ-45 to DB25 Male DCE Adapter for ETS SCSXX00 (SKU: 200.2066A), $10.47. Inquired why the order was taking a long time to be fulfilled (1 week). Told SKU 500-103 was back ordered by 3 units and eta in one or two weeks. It's been over a months since my order (order date: 9/7/2011). Credit card transaction date: 9/22/2011, posted date: 9/23/2011. Status of order on TekGalaxy's website as of 10/11/2011: Open. WTF? Filing a dispute with credit card company on 10/14/2011 COB if not resolved. Tried e-mailing: no response after first couple of messages. Tried faxing to 702-940-7855, fax does not answer.

Received a response from Technology Galaxy concerning this order on 10/11/2011. The e-mail sounded has an apologetic tone, so I am modifying my rating. Going to check if I can change the order and ask if they have the items in stock. (Changing all ratings to neutral.)"

"I purchased an 8-ft. Belkin PureAV HDMI-to-DVI Cable (AV52400-08) from Cable Galaxy that sells elsewhere for between $40 and $120 (MSRP) for $19.99 plus $8.95 for FedEx ground shipping. They sent me what appears to be a used cable in a baggie via USPS First Class Mail (much cheaper than FedEx). It was not adverstised as used and I was gouged for shipping. Still it works and it arrived very quickly (in 3 days). All in all a good deal."

"Bait and switch big time!! I ordered 5 Lind brand car DC adapters (American made) model DE2035-1317 from Amazon.com. Technology Galaxy was the direct reseller chosen by Amazon. The invoice shows the Lind name and part numbers, but I received 5 piece of crap Chinese made units! NOT what I ordered. The price was the going rate for the Lind brand units, but I got shafted big time! Don't buy from these guys, and take another look at the Amazon company as well. Technology Galaxy says in their return policy that I don't get any refund on shipping, I pay to ship these pieces of junk back to them then they charge me a 15% restocking fee!!! Stay clear of this seller!!"
