Right now my Rep is Brad Harper one of the best. He has went out of his way many of times to help me make a due date for my clients.With all the machine I have purchased from TDN I do not think I have had a total of 15 rmas in all that time.And they were all replaced over night .I buy all my computers and supplies from them and wouldnt go anywhere else.So if some say anything different in this forum dont buy it. Easy to deal with sales person (Tom Colligan is prompt and well versed). It will be helpful in the future, when configuring a Linux box, to emphasize that all parts must be Linux compatible (they do not support Linux -- you are on your own from a support perspective -- but Linux compatibility is a pre-sales, not support, matter). Their prices are excellent and they resolve problems quickly, in a pleasant and professional manner. I highly recommend them.
