They don't just send a canned email response asking how you like your purchase, but take the time to actually write a letter or make a call directly to you. How many companies do that nowadays? "I purchased a Leupold RX1000 rangefinder and somehow received a Leupold Vandetta rangefinder. Nothing against the Vandetta, just not what I wanted. I called Techeyes and there was no answer. I did not leave a message, just figured I would call back in a while. About half hour later my phone rings and it is George Isazadeh saying he is from Techeyes and sees he missed a call from me. This is a first for me from any store online or otherwise. Tough enough to get people to call you back after you have talked to them. I explained the situation to him, he looks up the order number and says he will look into it and call me back. Sure enough about 15 minutes later, he calls back and tells me to repackage the Vandetta, and UPS will pick it up at my door. In the meantime, they are sending out the correct rangefinder. This was on Monday the 17th. On Tuesday the RX1000 shows up. They sent it next day air! Never have I had an experience like this with customer service. UPS has been a little slow with picking up the Vandetta, I offered to drop it off at a UPS store. I was informed that this was their problem and I shouldn't have to do anything, UPS will get it. Techeyes has been great to work with. Going above and beyond what I believe was required them to do. I will have no problems looking to them the next time I am looking to buy a scope or binoculars. It is so nice to know that the people on the other end will work with you to fix any problems that may come up. Thanks."
