"Searched all over for a good LCD flat panel deal. Found one at this site. Great price. Unti arrived and had a bad pixel. Called the customer service dept. and they took care of the problem by shipping another unit and paying the shipping back. Cool."

"excelent customer service. the price of the camera I bought was better than all the rest. the shipping was cheaper and faster than all the rest. I could track the shipment from their facility to my home. if there is a problem with the shipment they gave imediate response to the problem and gave a credit for the inconvience. at this time I would highly recomend this company."

"Tech For Less has the most responsive customer support I have ever encountered. There was an issue with my billing address not being accepted by my credit card company. I placed my order and checked my mail an hour later and a representative had contacted me about the issue. I emailed back with a question and received a response in less then three minutes, wow. We quickly resolved the issue in time for the order to still ship by this afternoon. "

"I originally ordered a UPS made by APC. I didn't read the description carefully enough and found that it was 220v model. I emailed the company and they replaced it with one that I could use, quickly, efficiently and in a *very* fair manner.

I've ordered other products from them before (keyboard, monitor) and *ALWAYS* their service has been quick and very efficient. They may be the best online merchant I've ever dealt with.

It's now the first place I check when I need something."

"We ordered 2 256MB sticks of laptop memory. It was the best price we could find. Shipping was reasonable and fast. The only problem was that we never received a confirmation e-mail or tracking number. I called and there was a mix-up with the e-mail address. Ordering and service personal were friendly and knowledgeable. I never had to wait on hold. We would certainly buy from this reseller again."

"My order for a Dell flat screen monitor was at my door in two days. These guys are great. Online ordering was very easy and their prices were the best I could find. I will buy from Tech For Less again.
