First time customer and very happy with the overall experience.  
Bought QUANTARAY 18-200mm for canon, received my order in 2 days(shipped the same day as advertise & free shipping)  
Was a little skeptical about the brand because I never heard about it and found very few reviews but I must say that is a very good lens for the money, metal mount, strong construction, looks nice and the picture quality is the same as the kit lens that came with my REBEL XSI w/canon 18-55mm IS.

Tech For Less has been an excellent company to do business with. Not only do they provide excellent values, but also superb customer  
service before, during and after the sale.  
 
It is TFL''s continued effort toward great customer service that will continue to build their brand name and set them apart from the competition.  
 
Low price isn't everything, although TFL has some of the best prices. It's their attention to detail in their customer service department that brings me back as a customer.  
 
It is obvious to me that their Customer Support Representatives know what it means to provide superior customer service by addressing  
the needs of the customer. They provide great prices, but more importantly if there has ever been a problem, they have corrected it to our satisfaction. To me, that is what customer service is all about. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Palit Radeon 3850 512.  
 
First off site is nice easy to navigate.  
Second They let you pay with paypal  
Third I had to call to receive the product they said I had an issue with my address. I was transferred numerous times but in the end it was sorted out.  
Fourth They ship postal mail... It does keep the price down but bad tracking... It said data transmitted... it said delivered.. lovely tracking ...

This was my first purchase with TFL. Buying an open box Epson NX300 had me a little concerned, but if it is, in fact new, and warranteed, plus the price was outstanding, I had to take a chance. It arrived in about 4 days and was packed in the Epson factory box. The box had a few ''dings'', but was intact. I immediately opened it, inspected it for damage- none found. Then I set it up and installed the drivers and ran it through its functions. Everything worked flawlessly. Whew! Boy was I relieved. Lately, I have become upset because I have had to return many things I buy because of some issue- whether it be online or in store. Thanks, TFL for a great experience. I will definitely be back and will pass your name along.

although i didnt get what i wanted (sigma lens 105mm macro for nikon), my experience with techforless.com was super excellent. i found out they had the cheapest price, i called them up and spoke with Sean Mitchell. i asked a series of questions to make sure the lens was genuinely new and from sigma. after Sean confirmed, i went ahead and placed the order.  
 
item arrived on time. but when i tried it on my camera, i get an error. after trying many ways to solve the issue, i came to the conclusion that there must be something wrong with the lens. i called the next day, spoke with Charles (ext 4283). Charles was REALLY knowledgeable and helpful, but he couldnt help me locate another lens, because it was out of stock. i waited for another day, but nothing came up, so i canceled my order. i'll ship out the lens tomorrow, and i'm confident to say i'll get a refund without any trouble.  
 
i'd definitely do business again with Techforless.com.

I purchased a refurb LCD TV. It arrived well packed and functional. The cosmetic condition of the TV was very poor (the pedestal, bezel, housing) were scratched and chipped. Tech for Less describes refurbished units as "shows signs of use". This should be considered with caution as my unit was in rough shape cosmetically.  
 
Tech for Less was very good about handling my return request and subsequent refund. I would buy from them again, but only new items.

our years ago, I got my first Wacom tablet, and was sad to see  
it come to an end with wear and tear this past summer. Being that I've  
been in sort of a financial squeeze with current situations, I knew I  
didn't have the funds to purchase a brand new tablet at the moment.  
 
AND as it is, I wanted one like the Graphire I had, instead of paying for an  
unneeded updated one. Tech For Less was the ONLY site I've really found them at,  
unless I wanted to pay double or TRIPLE the price on Amazon! GREAT SITE.  
 
I was a bit weary of purchasing something called "Open Box" But other than  
the fact that it looked like the original box had been torn open and then taped up, the product is  
BRAND NEW! I'm so trilled with the deal I got from this site.  
 
There was a slight problem with my Paypal account, and a representative of  
the site was in immediate contact with me, helping me clear up things on  
Paypal, and assured me when everything was good to go within just a few  
days.  
 
I couldn't have expected better service from any other site! Thank you SO  
MUCH TFL! Will DEFINITELY be looking forward to future visits on this site!

I purchased a Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 lens for Nikon at over $300 under competitors prices. This was an open box item. I received the lens in 4 days apparently in like new condition all packaging was intact and the box had the factory seal .They also have incredible deals on Tamron and Quantaray lenses.I think I will be ordering another soon (28-70mm?).

I ordered a Jensen VM4912 radio for my car from this company the item description said "open box in like new original manufacturer condition", The radio they sent me has a cracked DC power transformer, the antenna hookup is cracked and unusable, the speaker wires are damaged as though it had been cut out of a previous owners car, I powered up the unit with a 12v power source to see if it even works and the LCD screen wont work which is the interface for operating the unit. Also the remote battery tray is missing so that too is unusable. I went through the process of filing a returns claim which said that I would immediately receive an email with a password for a claim account on their website; this was several days ago and have been unable to get in touch with anyone via any of their posted means of contact.  
 
EDIT: The reason I had not received an automated email was that TechForLess was Trying to contact me personally and not through their automated system. It seems so far that this was a legitimate mistake, and that it is not in fact the way they do business. The ends are just about tied up on this matter, but so far I am very pleased with the way have handled it.

I browsed Google shopping for a cheap video card and Tech For Less had the lowest priced, factory sealed card in my price range and performance expectations. My order shipped on the same day and from Colorado to the OH/KY/WV tri-state area took 3 days. Almost as fast as NewEgg. Item was packaged properly and the retail box had no cosmetic damage. It was stated as factory sealed but it was simply a strip of packing tape on the box. I don't know if this is what Palit seals with or what but the inside of the box had a few pen marks on the cardboard. Yet again I can't determine if this really was factory sealed or not. Item works as designed and all extras from the mfg were there. I know Tech for Less sells a lot of refurbished and scratch/dent equipment so I have no idea what the quality is like. For "factory sealed" items they seem like a very competent seller with a great website and rock bottom prices. The shipping materials used for this retail boxed item were sufficient but if it were an OEM piece of equipment without retail packaging they would definitely have to put a little more into it. Overall a great experience. Order was processed fast. Shipped same day. Arrived quickly via UPS. Works as designed.

ok, my ebay account name is trillionaired.  
I purchased the 2223sw samsung lcd monitor from them.  
then I received it in a extremely poor packaging. all the stuff in the box was flowing around. when I open the package, the lower part of the monitor is broken and it can't not stand up as normal. also the top part was also broken, I can even see the inside hardware in the monitor. Therefore, I tried to call them and no one was there to pick it up. then I contact the them by email, and they said they are happy to give me a 64.4 refund for that. So I was like ok.  
now After 20 business days I still haven't seen a buck being refunded to me.  
so what should I do?  
the only way I can do is open a dispute.  
and now they even escalated the dispute.  
so I guess they want me send the item back right?  
therefore, I asked them if they will provide a shipping label to me since I read their website and seen that they will provide returning shipping label.  
guess what?...no response anymore from them.  
 
EXTREMELY HORRIBLE customer service!! please DO not buy from them!~!!!!!!

I apologize for the problems our customer encountered with this order, we tried to issue the partial refund as initally requested but were unable to do so with the type of dispute that had been filed. we are sending our customer a prepaid return label for the return for full refund.

Very good customer support. Well beyond my wildest expectations. Great store and I highly recommend them for support before and after the sale. Many retail stores should take notice of just how to handle a customer. I had a minor problem and didn't think it would merit any attention. It was handled by a real person and done in one day. What a great idea, "Customer Support"...

I purchased a lens through them, and I find them quite shady. The lens is "open box", which supposedly means it's new in factory condition, but the box was opened somehow. It should also come with full manufacturer's warranty.  
 
The one I got was clearly used. I could find dust inside, and there were also smudges on the glass. The serial number on the box does not correspond to the serial number on the actual lens. Worse still, when I tried to register my warranty with Tamron, I was not able to as Tamron claimed the lens was "gray market."  
 
Update: September 9, 2009  
 
Following my complaint, a company representative contacted me shortly and offered to investigate the issue as well as a partial refund. I was also given the option to return the lens, but since I needed it for a trip, I decided to keep it. Even though the lens wasn't in the condition that I expected, and I can't get a warranty on it, I am happier with my experience since they at least offered to mind things up a bit.

I bought a Metra Axxess iPod adapter through them to use with my factory stereo in my car. Today, I took it to an audio shop to have them install it, as reaching the back of the stereo entails taking a part the entire center console. It took the professional around 2 hours to do this, imagine how long it would take an amateur such as myself. So anyway, we soon discovered that this does not actually function the way it should. They had 3 iPods there to test it with. It would play the song from one, but you couldn't change the song or anything. On the rest, and including the one I have at home, it did not work at all. I called Metra and after waiting on hold for nearly an hour, they told me the product is out-dated and no longer work with newer iPods. So I called techforless.com and they said they would provide a refund for the product but not for the price of the install ($45). They obviously need the product back to submit the refund, but that means I need to pay another $45 to have the product removed. Utter BS. Their excuse was that their product specifications state it will work with any iPod, even though that is not true. Stay clear from this shady company.
