"I was connected to TechXtend through Intel. Mike responded to me and provided a quote (via e-mail) within a hour of recieving my interest in ordering Intel Visual Fortran software and backed up that e-mail with a phone call to confirm and ensure that my needs were being fullfilled. Being a new vendor to our company he anticipated our needs in setting up a new vendor and provided the additional paperwork needed to do this, ahead of me requesting it.
Due to the purchasing entity of our company it took a little while to provide him with a purchase order. During that time he did communicate with me (and I with him) to see how the process was progressing. When we provided him with our Purchase Order, he was ready to jump on our order to expidite it. He provided me with excellent customer service and I look forward to working with TechXtrend in the future."
