Being a new vendor to our company he anticipated our needs in setting up a new vendor and provided the additional paperwork needed to do this, ahead of me requesting it.<br>Due to the purchasing entity of our company it took a little while to provide him with a purchase order. During that time he did communicate with me (and I with him) to see how the process was progressing. When we provided him with our Purchase Order, he was ready to jump on our order to expidite it.
