Everythng they ship goes through Fedex. When they ship my packages it only takes a total of 3 days to get to me all the way from Austalia, and I live in Florida on the east coast in the United States. To me that is a very fast shipment. I have never in my natural born life had packages ship to me as fast as Techsick ships their packages. "Excellent customer service and products. I ordered a similar product from another company 5 weeks before I ordered from this company. I recieved my product with in 1 week from when payment. I also recieved advice if needed to install my product. Great price and service. I trust this company 100% and plan to order from them again very soon."

"I ordered a wii-clip, d2ckey, and screw driver combo from these guys where the clip came pre soldered to the wii-clip. It was a pre-order so I knew it would be 2 weeks before it shipped. Right at 2 weeks I got the email that it had shipped 2 days later it was at my door in Texas, Thats really fast coming from Australia and only paying like $10.00 for shipping. These guys responded to my emails in a very timely fashion and were very polite and helpful, something you dont see much of now days in customer service, I was kinda leery at first cuz I didn't know anything about these kind of sites but I am very impressed with there service and already recommended them to my brother who helped me install the product. Oh yeah and if you worried about the wii-clip it works great only took me about 30 sec. to install it, taking apart the wii however took more time but I have never done a mod before at all. 10/10 I'm very happy with these guys.
Edit: Sorry Katie I forgot to thank you for answering all my questions and for changing my shipping address for me. If you weren't in Australia I would buy you a drink. "
