"I absolutely hate how this company does business. I ordered a $128 case from them, and decided to order from another company because it was on backorder. I cancelled the order and found a $128 charge on my credit card from enpc.com Where did this come from? They did not even ship the item out and yet they have the nerve to bill me anyway. What a terrible way of doing business. This should be illegal. ANyway, I went to cancel the order and i receive an email confirming my cancellation. This is good, but the charge is still there. I have emailed them about this a week ago and still haven't received a reply. I have also tried calling but there is no way to reach them by phone seeing how they are upgrading their phone system?! What kind of business is this?! This is unacceptable and I will NEVER NEVER do business with them again. ________________________________________________ UPDATE!!!!!!!!! My credit card has finally been credited 1 MONTH AND 5 EMAILS, 5 PHONE CALLS LATER. You have to be stern with this company. DEMAND that a credit takes place.. demand that you need to speak to someone that can do something about your issue.. if not.. they will keep giving you the run around...good luck everyone.. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE VENDOR I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!"

"I recently tried to order a mouse through this site. I placed my order on Jan. 23 2003. After one week and no info, I went to see what the deal was. I tried calling but found out that due to "upgrading customer service" all their customer phone lines are down. So I send an e-mail to both their sales dept. and to their customer service dept. Promptly 2 days later I recieve a response explaining the upgrades they are going through and bla bla bla. So, Feb. 4th rolls around and I go to their site only to find that my order still hasn't even been processed. So, I decide to cancel. I can't call them because of the "upgrades", so the closest thing I can find is an RMA form that I can fill out online. I fill out and for reason I put canceld order. In the descriptions section I politely explain that my order has just taken rediculously too long and I'm taking my money somewhere else. So I order the same mouse from Googlegear and it takes only a day to process. 2 days to ship and for a price that is only 5dollars more than what I was paying at tech savings. Well guess what, the same day I tried to cancel the order, I go back to their website to check on the status of my canceled order, and in the field where it had simply said "processing" for over 2 weeks, it now says, "sent-to shipping warehouse". You gotta be freakin kidding me!
Ok, maybe they haven't shipped yet and it will still be canceled. No go. I look today and it has been shipped.....
Ok, needless to say, I should held off ordering from google until I was sure that techsavings had canceled, but come on this is rediculous. I solemnly swear to never again purchase anything from this company and would appreciate anybody else who did the same."
"10 days after the order - and nothing! (The card was charged the same day, be sure) Sent 2 E-Mails and finally got an answer that I'll get my Antec case ... yesterday. Will wait a week more and take a lawyer. I need compensation - 2 days guaranteed delivery needs to be proven. Beware of this place."

"After submitting the order on 2/27, they charged my card, and did nothing for 12 business days. I called them on 3/17 and they refused to upgrade my shipping, only that they would flag my order as 'high priority', whatever that means. They estimated delivery within another 5-6 business days. Completely unacceptable! They are charging new orders to pay for old orders!!!
Update: After telling me they would ship the order on 3/19 via FedEx 2-Day, the order still had not been shipped on 3/21, so I canceled it. On 3/24 they sent an email saying they would credit my account in 5 to 7 business days. Unreal."

"Here's the deal: I placed an order on 2003 Feb 17 for an Antec case. One week passes and I don't get my order; I check my order status and find that the product isn't shipped, YET THEY CHARGED MY CARD.
So I call on 2003 Feb 28 and cancel my order. Guy sounds friendly, order is cancelled. It's now 2003 April 23 and, after several phonecalls throughout this time, my card still hasn't been credited. So I called American Express today to file a dispute.
TIP! Do a screen capture of your order status from their website; if you file a dispute, this is the documented evidence you need to send to your card company. Like so many others, I wish I knew of this site before ordering."
"We ordered a HP9000 toner cart for use in our remote print business. Two weeks after placing and paying , our order had not been shipped. Email and faxed inquiries went unanswered. This cart is necessary for our business and running out is not an option. Cancelled the order and will start the fight to get our money back.
