TechCrazy went the extra mile and actually called me to tell me they were out of stock and were in the process of finding out if Sanyo was still shipping them. He went on to explain that Sanyo is being bought out by Panasonic. I thanked them and asked them to keep trying. After two more business days I received an email stating the were unable to source my order and therefore they were canceling the order. No actual charges were made to my credit card. I loved that I actually got a call from them when there was a problem with my order. "
