The product I ordered arrived in less than a week and it was the actual product with no defects. I could have gone to HHGregg or Best Buy and bought the EXACT same product for $75.00 more, but this was the best deal and I was very happy. "The worst website to order from. Ordered a pair of beats they were fake. Returned them I am still waiting on my refund.. ITs been 6 weeks. They say allow up to 4 weeks. Save our money never ever order from here! "
