"Amzingly good personal service. This was a custom, high end computer - Antec Sonata case, Intel 3 Gig P4, Gigabyte Board w/ 875P chipset, 1G of RAM, ATI 9800 All-In-Wonder video, etc. Fast delivery, perfectly configured to my specs and at a competitve price. Highly recommended."

"Yea, you can get a cheaper computer and pay a few hundred extra dollars for "support" that basically mean ya hang on the phone for hours waiting for the next opinion and if they can't fix it on the phone you're screwed, OR, you can buy one from Tasty Computers and have the owner or someone who actually remembers your box answer the phone and solve the problem immediately! Not just solve the problem but offer extra assistance in a truely interested and professional way. I love my new computer and I've called Tasty three times since I got it,(twice because I had goofed on something) and each time the problem was solved efficiently and pleasantly. They even e-mail pictures of your computer in progress and keep you up to date as it's being built/tested and shipped. It was supurbly packaged and step by step instruction with pictures were included. These guys really are "custom". Your computer could not be in better hands. It's been a refreshing experience I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great box with unbeatable follow/service. "

"TastyComputers was just what I was looking for.

I wanted a custom pc but didn't have the time (or energy!) to build one myself. I did a lot of research and then bounced my ideas off of the sales rep at Tasty. They made good recommendations about everything from mb to memory to power supplies. I should tell you that they spent quite a bit of energy on me, even before I commited to buying anything from them. You won't find this kind of service from one of the major vendors.

In the end, they built me a box to my specifications and I am delighted with it. They even shipped it to my particular needs so I would be home when it arrived. It booted right up and I have no real problems with it.

It sounds a bit trite to say they met my every expectation, but so far they have...and I am confident if I have any issues they will help me resolve them.

"Excellent system of name brand high performance components. With free shipping and lack (outside of Colorado)of sales tax made this less expensive than gathering the components and assembling it myself. A couple of connectors were shaken loose during shipment (FedEx) and after leaving an after-hours e-mail, the owner called me on the phone 5 minutes later (having looked up my number) and walked me through finding the loose connectors - exemplary customer service. The system works like a champ and I'm VERY pleased. This small company is highly recommended by me."

"These guys gave me exactly what I wanted at a very fair price and quickly. My new computer is very quiet and fast, my 2 priorities. You can track the status of your order online, and they put up an actaul photo of your computer when it's been built. Everything worked great right out of the box, and they really put a personalized human touch on any communications I've had from them. I'd recommend tastycomputers.com to anyone who's looking for something high-end with all the latest retail components tested thoroughly with a 3 year warranty with free Fedex 2nd Day shipping included at a fair price."

rfsullivan, Tasty Computers rep has responded

“We just want to notify potential customers that our default free shipping method has been changed to FedEx® Home Delivery effective 03/31/2004. We have found that the majority of our customers would prefer a lower system price in exchange for waiting an extra day (on average) to receive their order.

We greatly appreciate all of the positive comments placed from our customers!”

"I don't often give reviews for products and services I purchase, if only because the experiences usually has some negative atachment to the sale. However, I must tell the world about my experience with Tasty Computers and my purchase of a Pentium 4 system.

From my initial contact with Russell to the final purchase of my custom machine, I have had nothing but positive vibes. Tasty Computers has been profesional, knowlegeable, and helpful with my transaction.

Now that my machine has arrived with a better AGP card than the one I originally ordered (my model was out of stock and Russell did not want me to wait beyond my original due date), I can say I am completely satisfied.

I can and will recommend Tasty Computers to all and sundry.

Well done guys and thanks.

Claude"

" I cannot speak highly enough of the level of integrety and quality of customer service I have observed from TastyComputers.
In 2004 I purchased a Bistro875max computer system. This system was easy to specify due to the company's very informative website. It was delivered promptly and with great documentation.
During this past year my computer began experiencing problems that proved difficult to figure out. Even though my computer was no longer under warranty, I received numerous emails from Russell Sullivan, the company owner, who gave me long detailed suggestions of diagnostic tests to run and other configuration of hardware changes to try.
I ultimately shipped my system to TastyComputers who quickly determined the cause of my problems to be motherboard failure presumable caused by a voltage surge or static electricity discharge of some sort.
Since replacement parts were no longer available for my system, I received a excellent discounted price on a system upgrade. TastyComputers did not profit from my distress, in fact quite the opposite. I remain a loyal satisfied customer."
