"On November 30th, 2010 I ordered a Samsung CLP 600N Printer from Arsenal PC (aka Target PC). The item was shipped to a residence in Las Vegas, NV. It was received on December 7th, 2010. The item was removed from the original box. The item was determined to not satisfy the home office setup and it was decided that the item was to be returned with the desire to get a full refund. The box has discarded during that process. When I reached out to Arsenal PC I was asked some initial questions. Was the printer cartridges opened? Was the item used? The answer to both of those was NO, they were not. I was then asked if I had the original box. I answered NO. I was then told over the time frame of two days that Arsenal PC would not refund the item without the box. Nowhere in Arsenal PC's return policy does it state I had to keep the box for a return/refund. In addition, other retailers such as Best Buy and Office Depot take returns for full refunds without a box, as I have been in those situations prior. Thus precedence for businesses in that industry. My issue is Arsenal PC is making up rules on their refund policy as they go, will not take my item back and give me a refund and have not given me any options other than to get a box before they will take it back. I want to return the item and I want a refund!"
"This company is HORRIBLE! Very poor service and ordered the part through their website on tuesday 2day shipping and the company still had not shipped the part on friday. Call them and all they had to say was we have a 24-48 turn around on all orders. WTF!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Excellent Service. I received a power supply and it was a dead unit and didn't work. A simple call to them and they told me they would promptly ship me another unit, and they did. The new unit worked fine and I didn't even have to return the first one.
"I recently ordered a Dell C521 power supply and paid with Paypal. I have 2 comments about my purchase 1.It would be much easier if you had a paypal interface to process the payment during the transaction. (your shopping cart software may provide an update) 2.The Package arrived today, actually faster than I expected (good work) I will be ordering from you again in the near future.
"Bought a motherboard from them for $263.49 on May 10. 3 days later they e-mail me to tell me they don't have the item and that it's back ordered until the 4th of June. After weighing my options I decided to wait for it. No more contact from these people until I write them to check on the part. 2 days later(today June 3)they write back to tell me that the item has now been back ordered to June 17. When were they going to tell me?
I called to find out what was going on and just to see what could be done. The customer support guy (Paul) was immediately rude and acted like he couldn't bothered. He ignored my questions and placed me on hold when I got upset at the service I was receiving.
I wouldn't do business with them again. And will make sure to let the gamer communities I frequent know how unsatisfactory targetpcinc.com is. "
"I was not sure to where I should send this email, but I'd like to express my gratitude to Paul on the phones in Customer Support. Not only did he go out of his way to assist me in selecting an appropriate DVD drive for my laptop, but he even went so far as to figure out why the original device I received from Target PC would not work. (Wrong plug type.) After located a more suitable DVD drive and arranging for it's shipment to me, he still assisted through several phone calls after listed business hours for customer service, in getting the UPS Return Label into my hands.
Paul, thank you for all your patience and assistance!
On a more general level, I'd also like to thank Target PC for their superior service in my search for the parts I needed. Your service was unbelievably quick, and the items arrived in very good condition. The selection of parts you offer online is also of top-notch quality, and your prices were quite reasonable.
When I next find myself ready for an upgrade to my machine, I will certainly come to Target PC first. Well done!"
"Ordered two sticks of ram and the money was taken from my account the very next day. Check today on Arsenal's website on the status and the order was left open? Called Customer Service and reached a "Paul" who mentioned that the order was shipped via UPS Ground yesterday(3/5)from a warehouse in California? The tracking number provided isn't in the UPS database? Checked with UPS on three different times and no tracker info was available? Something isn't right here . . .kinda fishy if you know what i mean!?"
"Everything is pretty good, but the order number is not showing in mail confirmation - please correct it(smile). Support is very operative in replying so teh mark is 8 of 10."
"Excellent pricing on a motherboard. Packaged fairly well to prevent damage to the unit. Received item earlier than scheduled. Highly recommended company. Will make future purchases with ARSENALPC. Thank you!"
Item was received with inop keyboard due to internal keyboard connector not completely assembled. On installation of software it was determined that battery charging system not functioning properly. Unit returned at buyer expense. Seller responded with requirement to have buyers remaining hardware to troubleshoot / assemble. Seller shipped personal hardware at seller expense (approximate value > 1,000.00 dollars). Seller required 149.00 for assembly and return to buyer. Buyer sent Payment (Unique Transaction ID #2xxxxxxxxxxxxx) 22OCT08 and still does not have the product, or personal hardware.
Whole evolution has been a complete failure with customer satisfaction non-existant at the first shipping charge at customer expense to return the defective unit when originally received defective in substandard packaging at the close of the originating transaction.
My hardware needs to be returned in functioning condition and I need this and services charged refunded so I can move on to obtain equipment to satisfy the requirement that this transaction would have originally fulfilled, but failed.
Total expenditure with shipping and service $787.00 not including value or replacement value of hardware shipped to seller for alledged assembly.
This whole evolution is nothing short of pathetic, I just love being victimized by predatory practices I guess....
Fast forward (update) 14dec08 received unit back over a month ago....
After shipping the unit off, having the vendor assemble it, and getting it back still hosed, I replaced the opteron 180 w/AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor and reinstalled Vista 64 and all is well. Except for all the trouble, expenditure, time and the now scratched up and missing screws and supplied hardware unit that wasn't even double boxed back to me like I sent it.
What a waste of my time and money "Target PC".
Freakin Pathetic.......

"This was my first time ordering and I have yet to receive the merchandise. I couln't find an invoice number on the confirmation email. I ordered $100+ worth of cannon color printer cartridges. The ordering was easy and quick. The price was a few pennies lower than other vendors. Many others provide free shipping when you order more than $100. They don't
"I placed my order on September 3 and it is now September 10. I have not received any updates since that date. I do not know if payment was received. I do not have any indication that the item has shipped. I have sent mail to their customer support email address as they request."
"the store was quick and easy to check out. made the process painless and simple unlike some other stores that can have very aggrivating and time consuming checkouts. the other great thing was they were the best deal on what i was looking for. "
"I ordered from Arsenal PC because they had the best price, hands down. But I never received any tracking information and it wasn't shipped as timely as I was led to believe from the confirmation email. When I called their 866 number, I was given false information as to when it would arrive. It did arrive by USPS two days after promised on the phone, but with a demand signature confirmation. Not very convenient for people at work during the day."
