"Excellent customer service. I ordered a ring, but didn't measure my finger correctly and it was way too big. Really nice ring at a great price - unfortunatly they did not have them in a small enough size to exchange it.

I emailed Tanga several times with questions and they always repied promptly. I even got an email to verify my return was received and my credit card was credited for the purchase. Most companies don't let you know or it takes several weeks to process.
Will definitely order from Tanga again!"

"I ordered an otterbox case for iphone on Sunday 5/12/13.
After seeing it in person at a local store Monday morning i tried to cancel the order, it was a little after 6 AM their time.
I received an email saying it had been processed and cannot be cancelled.
Their posted policy states..
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled ONLY if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
If the status says, "Order is being prepared" it cannot be cancelled or modified
At 3:37 PM the status of my order is still processing and "These Items Have Not Been Packaged Yet". No where does it say "Order is being prepared".
These guys take your money fast but then try to get you for return shipping, they will not cancel an order.
Stay well clear of this merchant.
Update: 20 min after writing this i got an email refunding my money.

For reference: Our Cancellation Policy is: Once an item has been sent for fulfillment (Exported) it cannot be cancelled. Exporting occurs at several times throughout each business day and can occur within minutes of ordering. Cancelling an order in a warehouse that ships thousands of packages a day is like "finding a needle in a haystack", and is simply not a realistic request.”

"Well, I submitted my order April 25th so I can give them as a mother's day gift. But, EVERYTHING took forever. The email confirmation, then when I received an email stating my order will be mailed in 10 days AND allow 2-3 days more to show after 10 days was a joke to me. Then I emailed a response if I had any questions with the order. Well, that also took longer than I expected. I don't expect to ever do business with them again. Deals from LOL Shirts took longer than ordering from China"

I do confirm that your order was shipped on the 11th business day. Usually our items are shipped in 5-10 business days and I am sorry that we dropped the ball. Due to the large number of orders for Teacher Appreciation Week we were a bit delayed as you can imagine for these particular shirts. I have issued you a refund on your shipping for the hassle.

Again, this is a very rare occurrence for us as shirts from our warehouse usually ship in 5 business days.

"Horrible experience. I placed an order on April 17th saying it could take up to 10 days to be shipped. I was moving on May 1st and it still hadn't arrived and I saw my items hadn't even been shipped yet, I tried contacting them via email to let them know I moved and to see if I can change my address but received an automated reply saying my order couldn't be changed. They didn't even take the time to read it or respond correctly. I searched and searched online for a phone number and finally talked to someone who said because it was sent to their warehouse nothing could be done to change it. I was hoping the package would be forwarded with my other mail. On May 7th I got an email saying one of my items was no longer available (of course the one I really wanted), on May 8th I got another email saying another item was no longer available. It's been 21 days, still haven't received my order and now they are canceling my items. I replied with frustration to just cancel the entire order which they did without concern for me or an apology. Horrible customer service. Cheap prices but not even worth it when it takes a month to get your order and risk having them canceled. "

I am sorry that your order did not ship in time. Upon reviewing your order and customer service inquiries I see that your order was fully refunded as these items are no longer in stock. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and the delay in receiving this out of stock news. This rarely happens. Usually out of stock information is handled quickly. We are issuing you a gift certificate for the whole hassle.

Just to explain our order modification policy, once an order is placed and sent over to the warehouse a label is printed. We receive thousands of orders a day which means a lot of labels! When an order needs to be modified unfortunately it is nearly impossible for us to go through all the labels and find a particular order as you can imagine. We do try to do our best though to help out.

If there is anything else that we can do for you don't hesitate to ask!

"I just made my 3rd order within the past 36 hours or so. I just can’t get over the awesome products and the rock bottom prices. I have been extremely pleased with everything I have received from them. They don’t sale junk….THEY SALE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH QUALITY MERCHANDISE at a fraction of the normal retail cost. I have searched the web for some of the products on their site. Tanga’s prices are way less even if you have to pay shipping. A whole lot of their stuff comes with free shipping and it’s way faster than 99.9% of the on-line sites I have ordered from. Why would you want to waste money paying more somewhere else when you can get it for little to nothing from Tanga? I am a very happy customer and I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come. (I am not an employee of Tanga, I was not paid in any form by anyone for this review I give this review freely and of my own free will. I highly recommend them.)

"I purchased some "luxury", "extra soft" microfiber sheets from Tanga, and they're horrible. They aren't soft at all. I guess it's in comparison to what?
I'm not very happy that I have to pay return shipping, when I feel the product wasn't advertised honestly. I will not be a returning customer.

UPDATE:
Thanks, Tanga, for the response. I was given a return shipping label, which I greatly appreciate. I actually did contact customer service through chat, and was told that I couldn't get a shipping label because the item wasn't defective. But I appreciate that you are now giving me the label. Great customer service in that regard. "

"In response to Matts comments on my recent review concerning slow shipping. Defend this please. I ordered 4/24/13,today is 5/9/13 and todays email says order is processing. 5-10 days,not by my calculations. If I could cancel at this point,I would. I read another review with same problems,maybe we have bad luck. Have a great day,wish you all luck with your business but I am done. Update: Ordered 4/24/13,received 5/13/13. 5- 10 days? I think not Matt. What say you? "

Thank you for letting us know your feelings concerning your experience with Tanga. I would like to address some of the points you brought up in your review. Tanga ships items within 5-10 business days on average. Usually our shipping is much quicker and rarely is the shipping slower than that. Looking through your order history I show this to be the case. I see that all of your orders were shipped in 5-10 business days except your order from March 31st. We are sorry about this one and have taken precautions so the items from this particular vendor are quicker.
As for our knowledge of the products, we are working to get more of the little details concerning the products such as weight, size, and styles offered. Sometimes the supplier doesn't provide this information so we do are best to give as much information as possible for the items for sale.

"I had a problem with part of my order missing when the package arrived. It's possible that the package had been opened en route, but Tanga's customer service took care of it right away, no questions asked. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be doing business with them again!"
