![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"So my first review of this company is being retracted due to a recent second experience with them that went much differently than the first one. <br><br>I again ordered two refurbished Dell Ultrasharp monitors from this company even after a less than pleasant first experience with them because their price for these particular monitors was appreciably less than anywhere else I\u0027ve been able to find. My original quote request was received quickly, I paid immediately and the order was processed in 24 hours and the unit shipped. With ground shipping I received the items 48 hrs after paying for the order.<br><br>When I pulled the item out of the box, one of the monitors had a stand for a different model of monitor and the stand couldn\u0027t hold the weight of the monitor. I took some pictures and emailed them to Cynthia. Without any issue or hesitation, Cynthia emailed me back and they immediately shipped me out the correct stand for this unit and told me to not worry about shipping the other one back. Although not getting the right stand was an obvious issue, they took care of the problem very fast and very professionally. Upon unwrapping my Nvidia 780i motherboard, which I ordered new, I noticed how crudely it seemed to be packaged. This motherboard is definitely not \u0022new\u0022. It has finger smudges, nicks, scratches, bent prongs, and all the usual ware of a poorly maintained board. "My order went smoothly with good communication throughout from Frank. An interesting point with this store was that they check their inventory and ensure they have the item you want in stock. If so, they send a PayPal invoice. While not the typical online shopping experience, it went smoothly and worked just fine.
