Because these tactical pants are such a popular item, unfortunately they did get placed on backorder with the manufacture. I want to assure you we are working on improving our site to show these backorders more clearly. Currently, there is an “availability” link in the upper-right hand corner of every product page which illustrates what’s in stock and what is not at that time. This does get updated daily, so all information is correct. We do notify our customers via email regarding any backorders that they may have missed on the availability link. I know this link is not as visible to our customers as we would like it to be, so right now our Software Development Team is working on a solution to make this more clear. We are also working on updating the site to inform shoppers exactly what the lead time will be prior to placing their order. I want you to know we are definitely taking your feedback into consideration, as we want our customers to have a better experience when ordering from us. "Ordered Propper pants, from some reviews I thought they ran short in the length. Luckily, one color was backordered and when I received the first pair I found that they were too long. One phone call to tactical pants, and Viola! no hassle, the pair in the size I needed was in stock and shipped the next day.
