"rip off !!!!, cancled order in july , said it would be 14 days for cerdit refund, still had not recieved refund to cc card 2 1/2 mo. went by , 9/10/2009.called bbb of Knoxville TN. and they tried to help but TGA wouldn't even answer them . finally called my cc co. and had a refund in 3 days !!! "
" I ordered a Bersa magazine from this company on 6-11-09. There was no indication the product was unavailable. My credit card was charged $36.50 on the same day, $28.00 plus $8.50 S&h. When I checked on the status of my order, it was listed as processing. I checked on the status of the magazine several times and it was still always listed as available for sale. I contacted the company on 1-18-10 and was told the magazine was still on back-order. It was still shown as available on their web-site. Finally, on 5-5-10, I e-mailed to cancel the order. The e-mail requested that I call and confirm the cancelation. I called on 5-6-10 and canceled the order. I was told the $36.50 would be credited back to my credit card but it would be two weeks. My billing cycle is the 25th of the month so it should have been on the May statement. It was not. I called again and was told the refund was processsing. I got my June statement today, still no refund. I wish I had found this website before I had ever ordered from a bunch of crooks like Tactical Gun Armory. Since their web-site continued to list the Bersa magazine during this whole period of time, I can only imagine how many people have been swindled by this outfit. They do need to be shut down and prosecuted."

"I canceled this order on June 16th. I've purchashed via the Internet probably from at least 100 or more vendors, this vendor is the worse I've ever dealt with. I canceled my order on June 16th, today is July 12th and no refund. The knoxville TN BBB shows way more than a hundred complaints against them and rates them an F. They also have thebladeshop web site according to the BBB. "
"Terrible customer service. I ordered a holster back in Oct 2009. They sent the wrong one. They told me they would ship the correct one but it never came. So I called them and they said it was on back order. They never had the thought to let me know that. Then I went ahead and changed my order to a different holster for the same price. They said it was in stock and would ship right away. It never came. After finally getting Will the worthless manager on the phone, he said I would have to ship back the other holster first at my expense. And he was so kind to "waive" the re-stocking fee. So I paid to send it back and I never got the other one they said they would ship. Everytime I call their 1-866-702-4867 the message says that they are closed. Even though it's during their business hours. These mofos are the biggest SOB's I have ever dealt with from an online company. Whatever you do, don't ever buy from these people. Now I can't even get them on the phone. They charge your credit card as soon as you place the order and then you're screwed. "

"CROOKS!!!!!!! Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a 3inch riser for my M4 and the next day received an e-mail the saying it was on back order. I called the next day and canceled the order then happened to notice the next day they had already charged my credit card. Have phoned them 3 times and e-mailed them twice but have not been credited. Have disputed this charge with my bank and still have not gotten the refund applied and it's been over a month . I sure wish I had researched this company before ordering..Look at their complaints..Do not order from these scam artist!!!!!!!"

"Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have spent 2 years waiting for a Bersa Thunder UC to come in and them to honor their price. They have no honer. i purchased it elsewhere but still want them to fill my order. They won't because the price is too good and it was a come-on. luckily they don't have any of my money."

"These guys are also "The Blade Shop". Between the two they've robbed me of over $700. They take your money and then say the item is on "backorder". EVERYTHING is on "backorder" it's a scam. I have been trying to get my money back from their Bladeshop division for YEARS and have been trying to get my money back from this division for months. I contacted BBB but these companies will not reply. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES! YOU WILL BE ROBBED."
