These guys are also "The Blade Shop". Between the two they've robbed me of over $700. They take your money and then say the item is on "backorder". EVERYTHING is on "backorder" it's a scam. I have been trying to get my money back from their Bladeshop division for YEARS and have been trying to get my money back from this division for months. I contacted BBB but these companies will not reply. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES! YOU WILL BE ROBBED.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYERS BEWARE. ALSO, I BELIEVE THERE IS ANOTHER COMPANY OPERATED BY TACTICAL GUN ARMORY CALLED WWW.YOURDEFENSEGEAR.COM THEY BOTH HAVE THE SAME IDENTICAL WEBSITE SET-UP WITH THE SAME ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY TOO. I BELIEVE THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME. SAME WOLF JUST DIFFERENT CLOTHING!

I ordered a galco concealable holster for my glock 23 in march. After 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking # I call and inquired about the order and they said it was on back order. I called again a few weeks later and was told again it was on back order. So on June 22nd (3 months after the order was placed) I sent them an e-mail asking that they cancel the order as I found somewhere else that had it in stock. They said they would be happy to cancel the order but they would need me to call in. So I called and they said they would cancel and issue me a refund. By July 1st i still had not received a refund so I inquired as to what was going on and they said the it would be refunded within 15 business days of the cancellation on 6/22. August 14th after another inquiry they said the refund should have been processed but may not have been completed due to technical difficulties as they had changed processors on June 1st. August 25th, I get the same e-mail stating the same thing. I have sent a few e-mails since August 25th to which I have received no response. I call on Friday, Oct 23 and spoke to a CS rep and they said they would pass this to the manager "Will" and I should give him 3 days or so and check back. I call yesterday, Oct 28th and "he was on the phone making call back." I called again later that day and was told the same thing and they asked for my phone # for him to call me at. (I never received a call back). I call this morning, Thursday, Oct 29th, and a CS rep told me he was not in his office and he would get back to me. When I asked why I haven't received a call back, the CS Rep told me he has been in meetings for 2 days. SO someone or multiple people are lying to me. I just want my $83.50 back! These people are liars and thieves. Steer clear! I have received much better service from Ableammo.com and opticsplanet.com

DON'T DON'T BUY from TGA
They are crooks!!!!!!!!!! I thought i was buying a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9x50 Firefly at a good price but then the nightmare began. on 3/15/09 I ordered the scope a couple of days later got the forum letter not in stock. 2 to 3 weeks will be in at 3 weeks I e-mailed them oh ya 2 to 3 weeks more weeks waited 3 weeks no scope well no big hurry hunting season starts in Nov well Aug rolled around still no scope Sept 7 called Cancelled my order then the fun began. Now if you have unlimited minutes on your cell well your ok I don't, Waited any where from 5 to 25 Minutes on hold, after a month and all of the run around I still didn't have a refund. I was finally told my electronic refund wouldn't work. On the 7 of Oct they would send a check that day, On the 11 of Oct I called again to see where my check was I was told it was sent on the 9 of Oct and it could take up to a week to get, I told them it only takes 2 to 3 days to go across America, On the 15 of Oct called them again they said it was sent on the 9 of Oct again I told them the pony express could of delivered it by now. Luck was finally on my side the check arrived on the 16 of Oct post date on envelope was Oct 14 NEVER EVER AGAIN will I just look for a great price with out Google on my side. I would of seen this site first. But if you want to give a interest free loan to a crook give to TGA there are the best at stealing your money for over 6 months

dont order nothing from these people they are crooks. placed an order for a nikon scope because they had the best price but two days later got an email saying it was backordered but after checking my credit card they had already processed the amount.after 6 weeks of calling and getting the same old sob story that it was still on backorder i cancelled my order and was told that a credit would be issued to my credit and in 5 days received an email saying that the credit had been issued but here it is 6 weeks later still has not been resolved and after calling and sending emails every week and getting the same old story that it will be done in 2-5 days but still no satisfaction. finally talke to Will supposedly the account manager and received nothing but lies from him so i turned a claim with my credit card company and they are resolving the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER FOR YOUR MONEY TO DO AND BE TIED UP FOREVER. I GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 1,000,000,000,000 RATING. DISHONEST TO THE MAX

rip off !!!!, cancled order in july , said it would be 14 days for cerdit refund, still had not recieved refund to cc card 2 1/2 mo. went by , 9/10/2009.called bbb of Knoxville TN. and they tried to help but TGA wouldn't even answer them .
finally called my cc co. and had a refund in 3 days !!!

Please heed the rating. I cancelled my order on 4/13 and have contacted them on 6/2 and 8/14. Still waiting for my refund. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY.

Items ordered on July 14 and July 29. After many phone calls to check the status of the orders, found that merchandise was all back ordered. They indicated merchandice would be in soon. I finally got tired of waiting and cancelled order in august and requested refund. After numerous phone calls checking where my refund was over the next few weeks, Mgr, Will said he was sending a check instead of a refund credit to my credit card. Never received a check. Did some research and found that this kind of issue has happened numerous times before with the company. I have never had a bad experience online before, but will be checking out companies in the future. I called my credit card company today and they will be handling my refund from here.

I have to agree with all of the other complaints I've just read about Tactical Gun Armory. Almost word for word. I ordered some items on 3/10/09 and the money was immedialely charged to my credit card. The next day I received an e-mail saying it was backordered. 5 months later I cancelled the order on (8/5/09) and was told the refund would be within 10 days. 6 weeks later and 4 more phone calls I continue getting the runaround. I've called my credit card compay and its in their hands. This is my 1st experience of this type in more than 20 years of ordering items on the internet. This is a crooked outfit!!!! This is not a real company!!!! I waited for my product for three months before losing patience with empty promises of one day receiving my order. I only received one e-mail from them over what has now been days short of six months that was not in reply to my own e-mails. My order has now been canceled and although it has been one month since I was informed of this, and I still have not received my refund. I have never done business with such a crooked organization and hope to never again.

These guys are the worst. I placed an order with them in early april, waited patiently for months, canceled my order june 15, and a month after that received a refund from my bank's consumer protection program after filing a complaint. (Three Cheers for Chase bank) These guys lied and stalled the whole time. My bank is pursuing funds from them now but I wouldn't be surprised if they have hidden all the money and plan to scuttle the ship. Avoid at all costs

I canceled this order on June 16th. I've purchashed via the Internet probably from at least 100 or more vendors, this vendor is the worse I've ever dealt with. I canceled my order on June 16th, today is July 12th and no refund.
The knoxville TN BBB shows way more than a hundred complaints against them and rates them an F. They also have thebladeshop web site according to the BBB.
