"I saw an Olympic Arms 223 cal rifle on the TGA website that I wanted to give my son for a commissioning present. He was commissioned a 2LT in the Marines. I ordered the rifle for $734.60 on March 25, 2011. The following month they couldn't even give me a status on when I would get it. Because my son's commissioning was in May I cancelled and ordered the rifle with a different company. I got the rifle from the Hunting Shack in 8 days and it was $50 dollars cheaper. It is now July 15 and I have waited 3 months for a refund. I have been given the run a round on getting my money back from TGA. I am tired of trying but I won't give up trying. How dare them debit my account (my account was debited in 1 day, but be unable to credit my account in 3 months! "
"Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have spent 2 years waiting for a Bersa Thunder UC to come in and them to honor their price. They have no honer. i purchased it elsewhere but still want them to fill my order. They won't because the price is too good and it was a come-on. luckily they don't have any of my money."

"4-13-11 I ordered merchandise from this company in February 2010 and never received my order. I called and canceled the order 2 months ago and was told that I would receive a check in the mail within two weeks. Still after calling 2 more times since canceling order I haven't received refund. Called again today and was told the check is in the mail, 1 year and 2 months later.4-19-11 Ok..Well I still haven't received refund check and upon calling back to inquire I was told the check was put in the mail this past Saturday, So apparently this company is not above lying to its customers. I plan to call again tomorrow and every day that I don't receive it."
"Ordered 4 M-14 Magazines......2 Years ago. I have been dealing with this for 2 YEARS. They won't refund my card nor will they send me a check. Apperently they have sent me a check, about 4 times. Still havn't gotten my mags, or my money. Complete Trash Company. Look else where."
"MY GUN IS HERE!!!! I ordered the 18th, and it came in the 28th! No worries with this company at all now. I will deal with them again. I did see all the reviews on the 27th and came 1/16 of an inch from calling and disputing the credit card because someone claims the company is a fraud but I finally spoke to Elizabeth and Brandon and they changed my status to shipped and it's already south of Atlanta from Knoxville! NOBODY BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS.. Bad experiences happen from time to time where ever you deal. This company is a worthy dealer! "

Order shipped the same day it was placed. Arrived, as ordered, well packed (but no packing slip) and in good shape. Will absolutely do business with them again."
"I had a fine experience with these folks, and I must say a lot of the one star reviews sound suspiciously similar! Who would wait months before just doing a credit card dispute? I ordered six magazines and four magazine pouches. They did short me one of the pouches, and the box had no paperwork in it whatsoever, but when I called they promptly did a credit my card.Not the best, but better than one star! ^L^ And their prices and total shipping cost were very low!"
"SAME STORY AS EVERYONE ELSE!!! ORDERED A 30-RD MAGAZINE FOR MY XD. CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED IMMEDIATELY.ITEM WAS PUT ON BACKORDER IMMEDIATELY. HOPING AGAINST HOPE THIS WAS A SIMPLE ERROR...NOPE. " I ordered a Bersa magazine from this company on 6-11-09. There was no indication the product was unavailable. My credit card was charged $36.50 on the same day, $28.00 plus $8.50 S&h. When I checked on the status of my order, it was listed as processing. I checked on the status of the magazine several times and it was still always listed as available for sale. I contacted the company on 1-18-10 and was told the magazine was still on back-order. It was still shown as available on their web-site. Finally, on 5-5-10, I e-mailed to cancel the order. The e-mail requested that I call and confirm the cancelation. I called on 5-6-10 and canceled the order. I was told the $36.50 would be credited back to my credit card but it would be two weeks. My billing cycle is the 25th of the month so it should have been on the May statement. It was not. I called again and was told the refund was processsing. I got my June statement today, still no refund. I wish I had found this website before I had ever ordered from a bunch of crooks like Tactical Gun Armory. Since their web-site continued to list the Bersa magazine during this whole period of time, I can only imagine how many people have been swindled by this outfit. They do need to be shut down and prosecuted."
"I ordered some CCI Mini Mag .22 ammo from this company. The picture ad read CCI Mini Mag 50rds per box and showed a box of 100 rds. I ordered 15 boxes and recieved 15 boxes of CCI blazer ammo which is a totally different round. I called the company and was told I could send them back. I told them if they shot well in my semi auto guns I didn't mind keeping them, but they need to change the website link to reflect the actual product. I looked on the website for several days and they never changed the link, in addition I saw other products on the page that didn't match the manufacturers products. I emailed them three times to bring it to their attention to no avail. I will never shop this website again."
"Warning Will Robinson, Tactical Gun Armory will claim to have something in stock but after you order it will be "back ordered" and the games will begin. I ordered some hard to find magazines because they were only store online that showed them in stock, they charged my CC and sent an email confirming the order. After a week I checked the status of my order on their website to learn the items were back ordered, no email or communication of any kind from Tactical Gun to indicate there was a delay with the order. I called after three weeks to cancel and the customer service woman said it would take two weeks to process a refund, an extraordinarily long time by the standards of most online merchants. Three weeks after that and no refund I talked to the same customer service woman who said she would forward my request to "the billing department" to handle but with no commitment when. Tactical Gun feels like a three person operation so I wouldn't be surprised if customer service woman is also billing department woman. I was obviously being played for the fool so I called my bank (Wells Fargo) to dispute the VISA charge and was able to get it reversed. I've ordered thousands of dollars of merchandise online through dozens of stores with no problem but failed to check Reseller Ratings on this one. These people are crooks; you have been warned."
"Same experience as everyone else. Placed the order on 3/4/2010, told it was backordered on 3/5/2010. Called on 3/5/2010 and cancelled the order. Have emailed and called at least 12 times since then asking for my credit card to refunded. They say, sure, but never process the refund.THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Like the others, these crooks should NOT be in business. I ordered a Sig on 3/14/10 and was backordered. I cancelled on 3/25/10 and they have still not refunded a credit (4/27/10). I took the GOOD advice and "filed a comlaint" with the Tenn Consumer Affairs.(4/15/10 11:03 AMI finally got my refund by involving Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs. I cancelled an order Jan 19, 2010. After lots of calls and no action I filed a complaint with Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs. I mailed the complaint info to them March 16, 2010 and received my full refund check April 9, 2010. Strongly suggest all you guys do the same. Here is the website address for the Div. of Consumer Affairs: www.tn.gov/consumer When their screen opens, click on "file a complaint" and go from there. Good luck! ) NOTE: As of today May 3rd.. My credit card has been refunded !!! Thanks again for the good advise!"
"I ordered a 8round magazine for a Walther PPS. They were out of stock and put it on backorder. After 2 months of waiting I cancelled the order and requested a refund. They said no problem. After 6 months and eight phone calls and emails I still don't have my refund. They have a bad practice of charging your credit card as soon as you place the order not the customary when the order is shipped. These people are CROOKS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM."
