"I ordered a leg rig, a molle pouch, and some boots off their website. My card was charged and a shipping date was given. Then the date changed, and changed. When I called them, they said the reason were the boots were on back order. At the time of purchase mind you there was no back order. They apologized and shipped out( two weeks later.) my leg rig and pouch. The order was placed in early April I got my half order in June. I still have not received my boots after many emails and phone calls. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. A year has passed and still no boots."

I have called 3 times, written 4 times and never received a response. I have turned it over to my card company as a dispute. "I made an order on May 26th with this company, for almost $500. I asked for a military discount, which they were happy to provide me with. It was only 5%, but I figured I'd be thankful and civil. The code the provided me with didn't even take the 5% off, or do anything at all. I emailed and called them about it, but they failed to take the 5% off, let alone ship out my stuff. It is now June 22nd, and I have yet to receive my gear, get a tracking number, or get a response back. Every time I called, It was within their business hours. On the site, the day my order was placed, they charged my card, packed it, and then stole my money without shipping it out.

Do not buy from this company, unless you enjoy being screwed. They especially hate Iraqi War Veterans, such as myself."

"Very Bad shopping experience. Ordered 5 items. 3 items were out of stock. That's fine. We understand. Asked them to ship the rest of the 2 items in stock. What so hard to do? I dont know if they don't understand my English or dont know how to run the business. They never shipped and told me to shop somewhere else. I placed an order for the soft shell combat jacket and a modular plate carrier on January 20th, I received an update that my order was being packed that night. The next day I received and email update with my tracking info. My gear was packed well, overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will be ordering more gear from them in the future."

"I ordered a pair of jump boots on 1/20/10. The price was right and shipping was not inflated like some of the other stores I found the boots at. They sent emails to update on the status of my order and give a link to track shipping. Boots were shipped 1/22/10 and arrived well-packaged.
