"Ordered the Rosendahl Winetube - TableTools.com had it for about half of what other merchants were charging, plus they had a $10 off coupon for Mastercard users.

Order was placed Tuesday evening, and I immediately received a order notification.

On Wednesday I received an order confirmation, but no shipping information.

On Thursday, I received the product I had ordered. (But still not shipping information.)

Not the best communication on its part, but I was pleased with my purchase and would order from them again.

Correction: The shipping information was sent by UPS, not by TableTools. I did receive the shipping information in a timely manner. My mistake."

"Ordered a tea press for my mother, and it arrived shattered in the box. Called and e-mailed same day as delivery, May 4th, with no repy from either.

UPDATE: Tabletools contacted me on May 10th, and replaced my mother's tea press immediately."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I ordered most of my christmas gifts from this store on 12/12 and was told on 12/21 that my order had not shipped and would not make it to me until the 26th!!! When I called the company to complain, I was told by the first CS person that they do not control UPS. However, it was their warehouse that held onto my order for 7 days!!! I cannot believe they would be so idiotic 3 days before Christmas. NEVER SHOP HERE...you'll be sorry. I should have checked the other bad reviews before counting on them...."
