It had not been refurbished and even if it would work it would not work for long. It looked as bad as the one I need to replace! Emailed the company and got a very prompt and courteous reply. They had no other Optiplex 620 mb but would replace with a substitute or refund. I chose refund and they sent a label to return the product. I will update after the item has been returned.<br>**UPDATE**<br>They promptly credited the account. I may give them another chance as they were very good, prompt in making it right. "I ordered a Sony optical drive from this company on 12 March. I immediately received confirmation by email, and then within half an hour I received another email saying the product had been processed and would be shipped. The item arrived in two days. I installed it and had it working within ten minutes of receiving it.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The product works like new, and the price was excellent. I was so impressed that I bought from this company again.
