"I was looking for a Panasonic BB-HCM511A that nobody else seemed to have in stock. They had a great price...much lower than anybody else. Since it seemed too good to be true, I called to check stock and was told they had 20 pieces in stock.So I placed an order on 2/25/2013. Days passed and no tracking. On 3/11 I received an email stating:"Thank you for your order. In order to promptly process your order, please call me XXXXX at, 800-280-8987 Ext. XXXX. to confirm your order information, in order to ensure prompt delivery of your order."On 3/13, when I first saw that email, I called the person indicated in the email and he said that the BB-HCM511A was discontinued and he offered a replacement model. I explained that before buying I called to confirm stock and was told they had 20 pieces in stock. He said it was a "mistake".However:1. The product was still at their website with Availability: Available. Even as I am writing this, AFTER the salesperson told me the product was Discontinued and they would remove the product from their website, the product still shows in their website as AVAILABLE.2. It took them TWO WEEKS to email me stating that they needed to "confirm my order information to ensure prompt delivery"Seems to me this Company advertises this model (that they don't have) to get the calls and then offer a replacement model.I totally understand when a Company doesn't have stock of something but still advertises it online. It is not easy to keep a website updated...stock moves too fast. But it's really bad to still keep advertising that item AFTER they know they don't have it.3/14/2013 Update:Their website still shows the item as AVAILABLE."
"Horrible! I ordered a tv, they waited 6 business days to process my transaction on their end, then got upset that I wanted to cancel after I waited 16 business days to receive it. When their courier, AM shipping, called for delivery, I wasn't going to be home, so they wanted me to either, leave work(which would get me fired) or leave my door unlocked so they could bring it in. When I finally got my order cancelled, they agreed to refund my full amount, but still charged me shipping."
"Worst company ever. Ordered set of speakers that were "available" long long story short... over three months later they canceled the order. best part is that they still have it as "available" on their website! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
"Three words . . . bait and switch. They assured us television was in transit from their California warehouse and would be in their New York warehouse within the week; then the television would be delivred within days. Three days prior to anticipated delivery date, we were informed television was on backorder for an additional NINETY DAYS!!! We should have have known the proce was too good to be true."
"This place could not SUCK any worse. 3 week run around.....end result they backed out of the deal. Ordered 4/4/11, Was promised it would ship in 7 to 14 days. When it didn't they said it was because of Passover. After passover they told me it will ship soon..they are waiting for it to come to there warehouse. Finaly after another call I was informed it will arrive at there warehouse on 5/26/11 but no guaranty. Total joke, it was a 55" Samsung tv at a great price that tvszone was never going to honor. "
"Here is what TVsZone is great at: Wasting about 3 weeks of my time!! Without hesitation shop somewhere else...they just gave me a 3 week run-around, they said payment was not rec'd...however cash was taken out of my paypal account...they don't bother telling you there is a problem...then they said tv was shipped, shipping company said it was not even released to them, etc..etc...In process now of trying to get a refund! should be fun..."
"I attempted to order a 54 inch Panasonic Flat Screen TV from this seller. The price on the internet was quite reasonable and included free shipping. There was even a coupon available for an additional $20. So I placed my order over the internet and 5 days later, when the order was still being "processed", I called them. I talked to someone in "customer service" who first expressed concern that this 90 lb TV was going to be damaged by UPS shipping (although I believe UPS doesn't even ship packages of that weight). I told him I didn't care about the shipping method. I could file a claim if the TV arrived damaged. He then put me on hold and tried to steer me to 2 other TVs, neither of which I wanted. Finally he told me they didn't have any and would not be able to fill the order. I have received a cancellation of the order but I will check with my CC to make sure it is cancelled. I call this the classic "bait and switch". I would not recommend this site to anyone. Sorry"
"First, they advertised an item in stock then after I ordered asked me to wait at least two weeks when it MIGHT ship. They also require you to call because they want to upsell shipping, accessories, etc., which is not unique with these companies but the customer service representative was curt and got quite rude when I wouldn't agree to upgrade shipping. He actually told me that if I didn't upgrade, and I insisted on shipping UPS, my TV would be a pile of glass when I received the shipment! I told him if it was, UPS would have to replace it, at which point he became surly and said "I don't understand why you'd want a broken TV" and hung up! Extremely rude.I waited two weeks and they still didn't have the TV, BS for something supposedly in stock. I would not use them again, if they are that rude when they are still selling you, imagine if you need support! Use East Coast TV's, better price, item is in stock when they say, and they're pleasant when you tell them you don't want to upgrade shipping."

"Everything about my order was very professional and everyone was very courteous and customer friendly. I'm in California and TVsZone is on the east coast. I received all emails on time with full information for me to read. The invoice was very clearly explanatory. Owen Ext: 2041 was very helpful in all ways to expedite my order in a professional manner. The TV arrived by Manna Distribution Services in a Threshold service, but they even took the tv out of the box and helped me to place in on my tv stand. I had not received my 5-year warranty (so I thought), and after talking with Marcus today (07December2010)... he very clearly explained to me how to do everything over the Internet to get my extended warranty activated. He was very nice, helpful, courtesy and professional... nice guy too. I absolutely love my new 73" TV and loved the experience with TVsZone. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks all. "
