"We ordered an 8 piece deluxe space saving bags for $18.95 plus $9.95 s/h. They were backordered for a month or so. Because of the delay they were going to ship them for free. I just noticed on my credit card that they charged me for the s/h. Missed that. We have been using the bags but they have not been holding their seal. We've tried several times to vacuum the air out but it's never held. I would not purchase any bags from this company."
"I have the same story as countless others... Late delivery, incomplete product. TERRIBLE customer service that NEVER follows through. I have been trying to obtain missing parts for my order sine Dec. 2006 - seven months ago. Even when I CAN get through to anybody by phone or email, they falsely promise to see to my request, but nothing ever gets done. This place is a disgrace. "
"I ordered TV trays on March 27th and received and email that they were being prepared for shipment, They did not arrive and I went to track the shipment. Your system stated that they were sent, and received at the same time as I ordered the trays. Upon inquiry I was told they were on backorder and I should know that. No, that is not what I was told. Since that time I have been told they were available for shipment, that they were out of stack and now that you are sending them from somewhere else. If your customer service had not entered incorrect information they may have shipped. It is now April 3 and I am still getting the run around from you and no product. You company's performance has been about as bad as it gets. You are unreliable and your consumer relations are abysmal. I would never recommend you to anyone. "
"After over a month of trying to contact someone to see if/when my order would be shipped, I cancelled my order. I tried email, toll free and local phone #s and never talked or communicated with a person. I finally had to tell my bank to not accept any billing from this company and never received any merchandise or contact from anyone at TV Marketplace. I don't think they should be in business if this is an indication of how they treat their customers."

"The several phone numbers they give the Mail Box is always full. Try to e-mail them and you might get a reply in a week or so, if at all. I e-mailed them to tell them that I was cancelling my Crdit card that I used and to to cancel my order if it did not ship my March 9 and to send me a confirmation of the cancellation. I doubt that I will hear from them. My past inquires by phone and e-mails have been as if I don't even exist. They have a terrible Customer Service. Will never buy from them again."
"FRAUD. Nothing but problems. The TableMate 2 was falsely advertised, my phone calls went unanswered, and the replies to my emails told me it was too late to cancel or change my order although it had not yet been shipped. Don't do it."
