"Got ripped off for $200 for shipping. This store is a scam. Uses rigged fake shop and price search (ShopAndPrice.com) to trick buyers into sale (from one of their own competing sites: TVCITY.TV, EVERYTHING4ELECTRONICS.COM, SCREENSANDSTANDS.COM, TVBUYS.TV, BIGDEALTV.COM, 1800NICEBUYS.COM and ELECTRONICEBUYS.COM, etc.) then overcharges for shipping. Grey market (repacked) merchandise. Horrible customer service. I found out the web page was misleading and canceled the order. Also found many other buyers with same experience forming class action suit. Buyer Beware!!"
"I found the cheapest price on TVCity web site. After two weeks the products did arrive and are in working condition. I did receive order notification after placing my order. I had to call for status updates, no proactive emails or tracking numbers sent other than the first 'Thank you for your order.' Packages were shipped in manufacturers containers with no extra carton or packaging, there was damage to inside styrafoam however the products did work satisfactoraly. This reseller is cheap and their price may reflect how much service and care you get."

On Thursday Oct 18th I got a phone call, from a native English speaker, that my credit card was approved and that the order would ship the next day. I did have occasion to call them and the phone was answered right away and I was treated courteously and with no pressure. I received the TV in the factory box via Fedex trucking on October 24th. I am pleased with the service at TVCity and would use them again."
