"After stumbling upon this website, and reading the most recent post, I have to admit I am pretty lucky in dealing with this company. I ordered a 42" plasma back in Feb 2007. I am extremely lucky that after many phone calls and emails to this company, I finally received the TV, but I haven't received the 5 year repair master warranty I purchased through them and I can't get in touch with them at all. I will take the advice to contact the California attorney general. THE WEBSITE IS STILL UP, BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN ANY THING...THANK GOODNESS.
UPDATE...After submitting this review, I received a email reply back from the company claiming they were victims of fraud themselves and has caused them to shut their doors. When I asked about my $249.95 refund, they claim because of all their problems, they lost their relationship with VISA and I would need to contact my Credit Union to file a request through them. Low and be hold, VISA only allows a 60 day window from purchase to file a claim. Now I'm stuck out of my $249.95 and without a warranty. Hopeful, I will never need it, but it would have been nice to get my money back. "
